Description of Work: Cleaned polished and sealed travertine floors in my home. Cleaned and grouted my shower. Travis and his crew were very professional, informative, and so very interested in doing a quality job. It was obvious that the crew liked their job and we're striving to do top notch work. Description of Work: I called to request an appointment and had to leave a voice mail message. |I have not received a call back weeks later. |Before I called, I looked at the reviews and saw where an Angie's List member had called and not received a call back. Bakers response to that was the message was left quickly and the return phone number not clear. |Not in my case! |One time that happens, maybe there's a reason, twice and maybe more times there's no call back, it's an issue with the business.

+ -1 moreThe quote was about $1500. I decided not to go with them because they wanted to charge me extra for the trip fee. I am not in a remote area but I am far away from their location. So I just chose to use somebody else. The price was ok but the options they gave weren’t the best. I went with another company because they gave me better options. They basically said that this is what we are going to do and this is what it is going to be. They wanted to do everything. Responsiveness was pretty good but it took them couple of days to get back to me. I had to leave a message. I called them on Monday and they called back at 5 o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday. It was all phone conversation and there was no email for anything.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Baker’s Travertine Power Clean to clean and seal my travertine tile.
