They had a reasonable price, JD was the customer service representative and was very professional and quick. The only item I wish would have been better was they either significantly overestimated the area of my roof or they planned on a lot of waste. I ended up with over 2 sqares of shingles left. It's nice they left them, but I'm sure I paid for them plus their mark up. I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 on value for that reason. They were still a good value, just could have been better. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They were prompt. Kept me informed if something was late. Cleaned all material when completed. Very impressed. Wish they did siding too. I'd hire them in a minute.

Timely service

Excellent, on time, competitive bid, very cooperative about timing of the job. The man who did the bid, JD Sitter was experienced in construction, personable, and provided supervision of the job. They cleaned up well and spent 12+ hours on the job to get it done in one day.

top hat was a good name, they delivered top grade service in a efficient manner. i would recomend them to anyone needing their serviced. as i said they are a top hat company. friendly that goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy !!!

I had been burning wood in a badly damaged fireplace for many years but the damage was unknown until Top Hat showed me photos of the cracked tiles and missing mortar due to a previous creosote fire; they were able to repair the damage and insert a fantastic wood-burning insert which I am now enjoying daily! I had used a chimney cleaning company in Tulsa for many years, but they had missed the internal damage which was pretty bad. I can't say enough good things about Jake, Jessica and their crew of fantastic employees. You won't be disappointed in either their work nor their pricing. Although I live in Oklahoma, I will be using them exclusively for all chimney work in the future.

Didn't clean spent bout 10 mn charged us in full for inspection and cleaning, we have an old fireplace and he had another person from Top Hat come to the house who was going to email us with some options, never did anything . No I would not recommend there service ..
