Top Hat Chimney & Roofing

Top Hat replaced our roof after the big hailstorms we had this year. They were great to work with and really helped me get my insurance company to actually pay for the roof. Jake came out and took lots of pictures and submitted a report for the insurance company so they would send out a new adjustor. Top Hat had all the materials delivered a couple days in advance, they were out early, and they got it done in one day. I did have to call the next day when there was some debris left in the yard, but they sent someone back out that afternoon and had it all cleaned up. They are re-roofing my supervisor�s house today. I highly recommend them.

The Service Technician, Kevin worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday to remove the moss and mold on the north side of the chimney and replace the crumbling bricks before we received another week of predicted rain. He could only replace a few bricks each day. He was very proficient and professional. I would definitely recommend the company.

Excellent service. I have used Top Hat to clean my chimmney every other year and they have provided excellent service. We used them this time to check our duct work for foul odors. They were able to ID the source and explain the process thourghly. We were very pleased as we have been in the past and plan on using them in the future.

Jake Cromwell went beyond the call of duty in helping me repair some loose shingles and refastening my gutters without telling me that I needed a new roof which many other companies try to do to when small repairs are all that is required. This was the only service that would do the job right away. We had wet clothes and the dryer wasn't drying. He came when he said he would and did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess. The fee was also reasonable compared to the others. Would definately call again.
