Our Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of 100 degree days. They were able to send someone out the morning after we called. They found the problem immediately, and we used the cost of the repair toward a reasonably-priced service contract that covered that repair and twice-yearly system inspections. While they were there, they found a leaky capacitor in our heating unit and replaced that as well. We were quite pleased with the service and the price and are very happy to have them inspecting our units on a scheduled basis.

They came on time. Two very nice young men serviced it and got it working. Later on they sent me an estimate to have it replaced. They followed up with everything they said they would do in a timely manor.

Overall, we found the level of expertise far superior to the only other company that we had used for years. I may not have the exact dates, but the fact remains that our a/c was repaired by Bob and Ed's when another supposedly competent company could not locate the problem. We are now loyal customers of Bob and Ed's.

They were great. They had gives us the estimates before starting work, and their price was in accordance with their estimate. They came on time and did everything they said they were going to do. They had also cleaned up after themselves. We came to know of them through Angie?s List. They also featured in the newspaper as among the best of Little Rock. We were very pleased with them.

one day service started at 8:30 am. placed tarps down to protect floors and techs wore booties to keep dirt, they worked thru lunch and were finished by 2 pm. No problems, very clean, helped show us how to operate Thermostat and removed all debris an junk equipemnt. Left 3 filter and marked them on what days we should replace.,

I think that their price is a bit high, but their work is excellent. I am extremely impressed with them.

Overall they did a great job in solving the blower problem. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and at the price quoted. I would recommend them to others for any AC or Heating work.

They did an estimate. They put in tons of effort. They stuck to the estimate. They went above and beyond. They were professional. They were on time always.

OUR A/C FAN WAS NOT WORKING. A SERVICE PERSON CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND DIAGNOSED AND FIXED OUR WIRING PROBLEM AND ALSO CLEANED AND SERVICED THE A/C SYSTEM (INCLUDING A SMALL AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT ADDED THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BILL). HE RECOMMENDED A REWIRE BECAUSE VERMIN HAD CHEWED THE INSULATION OFF MOST OF THE WIRING. WE MADE PLANS FOR THEM TO RETURN TO DO THE REWIRE AFTER WE TOOK CARE OF THE VERMIN PROBLEM. THEY CAME BACK AND DID THE REWIRE, COMPLETING THE JOB IN JUST A HALF HOUR. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A DRAIN PIPE THAT HAD BEEN MISSING, WHICH PROBABLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE VERMIN PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSIDERATE, BEING CAREFUL NOT TO LET THE DOGS OUT. ALSO I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE TWO SERVICE CALLS.

We got an estimate,and the work performed was right on. The unit was installed in a timely manner, which was important to me. The guy cleaned up after himself, and made sure our dog didn't get out of the yard. The work done was very professionally.

He did a good job of calling ahead and showing up on time. That was important to me because I was busy out here and didn't want to have to stay on tip of him. He cleaned up any messes he made before leaving each day and I was very happy with the results. I liked my Rheem.

Bob & Ed's Heating & Air Conditioning has had my business for years now. I have always been happy with them. They had kept my last air conditioning unit running well past its time. I finally just had to replace it. The gentleman who came here to do the check up was very nice and friendly and everything is running just fine.
