Description of Work: Installed gutter system that is not supposed to clog. Seemed to work well after installation and looked great. Had to have service personnel come later as gutters were overflowing and rain water was getting between gutter and facia of roof in some areas. Adjustments to assembly were made at first but problem persists. Had asked to be put on regular service to clean gutters but after several services have not heard from company, to my knowledge since sending an email to them.

Description of Work: Installed clog free rain gutters. Worked fine until it rained. Water did enter gutters during light to moderate rain but more than that would overflow and not perform as desired. Over time gutters would fill with debris and heavy overflow and water would drip from back side of gutter. Company would send service personnel if I called who would clean out gutters but after period of time and several comebacks, and after sending an email have not heard from company. Purchased these years ago mainly due to an advertisement with testimony by a local well known sportscaster. Thought if he recommended them they must be good. Company did replace downspout with larger opening but still had overflowing times when rain was not so heavy that it should not have run over. Last time they were serviced the worker informed me the drain was probably clogged. I think if that is the case, then the gutters are not clog free. I attempt to clean them myself but have an area high off the ground and at my age, balance is a problem. Eventually will replace these with another company's product. They seemed to know exactly what they had to do and that is what they did. They did nothing extra and I asked for nothing extra. I thought it was a good experience.

+ -1 moreThe guys worked very hard and they got the job done nice and neat. They had the equipment and parts with them and they were all very kind. They cleaned the yard up really good and did not leave any excess gutter parts lying around. They were very prompt too.

+ -1 moreI have the seamless gutters on my brand new 4,000 square foot home that I designed. I use Leafguard for the ease of not having to go up on ladders to clean the gutters. They are attractive to fit the design of my home. I had used them many times before for other people before having them do my home. I know I will use them again because it is a good product.
