Our experience with John was not the best. He told us at the time that he was building our home and that he was supervising the building of fifteen other homes. This fully explained to us why subcontractors were not being kept in line. It also explained why electrical elements were being overlooked and why cosmetic things around the home were also being missed. Although, we did feel that we were not overcharged for the work, we felt that the builder had too many projects going on at once. We did, however, feel that our home did require a lot of skill and good work, and the actual work that was done on the home itself was very nicely done.
Description of Work: We had seen some of John's spec homes and really liked them so we used him to build us our three bedroom home based upon a spec model. We had added many extras that we had chosen to go in and around the home. John obviously built our home from the ground up and took care of arranging the subcontractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.
