They called and advised there were three things wrong. They listed them from most important to least important. They said the oil cooler line had a crack and needed replaced immediately. This is what was causing the majority of the oil leak. I also had an oil pan gasket cracked and a valve cover gasket crack, but the oil line was of major importance. I agreed to fix it first. When I got the car back, it was leaking oil worse than when I took it. Also, my tire pressure light was lit on my dash and it wasn't when I took it in. I went back and was advised I would need to return the next day. The service person was very condescending to me. The next morning I spoke with the service manager, who again, spoke down to me and insulted my intelligence. They called back to say the oil leak has gotten worse because I didn't fix the gasket cover and pan gasket - even though the day before they didn't think it was that important. As far as the tire light, they again wanted to take no responsibility. They will never work on my car ever again.
We tried to buy a car about a month ago and had negotiated the deal. They were to get the papers ready the next day. We could not get anyone on the phone the next day, even after leaving voicemails and emails and text messages. Everyone went away. We called Hunter Bale and it ended up that they could not sell us the car for the negotiated price we had made. The sales person had texted me the price of the car but the next day, they denied that they ever told us that price - even though I had it in writing. Shady, Shady, Shady - most car people are shady, but Bale takes the cake. We promptly bought a car through Everett Motors that same day and received a much better deal with much better service.

We have a Honda Pilot and this was the regular service you get at 60,000. You get an oil change and they check all your belts and that stuff. They are very friendly and they are well priced for a dealership. We've always been treated really nice by the people out there. So far, they've fixed our vehicle when we've needed it and they've done a great job. We expected to pay a lot more than this - their prices are really good.

Had a radiator leak, which required a new radiator. My second one on the minivan. The place was snowed out so we couldnt get the car back for a few days. When I drove the car, the radiator started to leak again when a hose came lose. I barely made it back to the shop. They promptly fixed it. No trouble since then.

This is a general comment about the Bale Honda Service Department. I've used them for many years and have always been well taken care of. Roy Spiller is a gem, but the newer employees are great as well. I've taken two Hondas and an Acura to them for general maintenance and repairs.

Smooth and as we wished it to be. No hassle, no excuses; they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We purchased a car from Bale-Honda in Dec. 2006, upon the recommendation of a friend. We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the relationship. They even telephoned a day or two after purchase, or a service performance, to be sure that we were pleased and satisfied (we were), and inquire if there was anything they could do for us to make us even more satisfied.. Management seems to understand what makes customers happy, and implements it. Rather remarkable operation. This kind of service can't be just good luck of hiring nice people; there must be an intentional effort on the part of management to set up a prideful culture that makes it so. That, of course, sure makes for customer loyalty!

Overall, more than pleased. Encounter with staff was pleasant, and easy; one gets the feeling that the company culture is centered on "make the customer very happy with us!" I have purchased cars and had my vehicles serviced at many dealerships, but none over several decades has measured up to the high level of service and accommodation to customers that we found at Bale Honda. Quite exceptional.

Their oil change prices were the same prices we were paying locally. We prepaid for 24 services, and I'm sure the price for oil changes has gone up since we purchased this in 2005, so we have saved money. Their service is always done in a reasonable length of time. If I ever have a complaint or a concern, they deal with it immediately.

I was happy with the cost for my new vehicle. I went to several dealerships and this one was the lowest and they had the exact color that I wanted in stock. The salesman was very efficient and helpful. If I had any questions, he was able to answered them on the spot. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about his products. They were not very pushy either.

We bought a 2002 Honda CRV, and the air conditioning went out in it. My husband and I tried to go and buy some after market stuff to recharge the air conditioner, but it did not work. We called Bale Honda and set up an appointment to have it fixed. When we took it in, they diagnosed the problem real quick, and they had to get the compressor ordered in. Once it came in, they had it fixed the same day, and we have had no problems since. They were even able to bill as warranty work for us.

I hit a deer and the metal work on the front end of my SUV was damaged. It took about five days to complete the work and no one could tell that anything had happened. I just paid the deductible as my insurance covered the rest.

I have used Bale Chevrolet a couple of times in the past and was pretty happy with the service they provided us. This time we had rear brakes put on. My husband thought for sure that we would need new rear drums too, but we were able to get away with just the brakes themselves. Price wise I would have to say it was pretty pricey because I did not think brakes were that expensive. I guess for the brakes and for them installing them in no time for us it was not all that bad of a deal.

My car would quit on me, so I took it in. Bale's told me that it needed to have all its fluids changed, and after they did that, the car worked fine again. They've always serviced my car since I bought it new and they do a good job.
