The man that came to my home was very professional and did the work that needed to be done.I will use them again if I have another problem.

Another plumber wanted to open my exterior wall and put in new pipe to fix a clogged kitchen drain. Allstate fixed the clogged drain by blowing the obstruction through the vent pipe on the roof, requiring no pipe replacement. They worked very quickly, and then took time to make sure the drain was completely clear, and instructed me in ways to prevent future grease clogs. Courteous, quick, careful, and obviously they know their job. Charged me a very reasonable price, and got the job done in less than an hour.

I would recommend them to others.

Excellent service. The valve on my water heater was leaking. The owner, Wes, came about an hour after the first inquiry on the HomeAdvisor. He is one of the nicest service guys I ever met. He actually did not ask for any money, I had to push him to compensate him at least a minimal amount for his time. Extraordinary experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Wes and his team did quality work and even lowered the cost when some of the materials were not required.

My sump pump stopped working and it was raining and my crawspace was flooding. Allstate showed up within the hour and replace pump to avoid any water damage. They also did it at a reasonible price.

A good job for a reasonable price. Wes submitted an estimate quickly, he and his employees were polite, treated each other and me with respect, showed up on time. When a question arose regarding code requirements, he did not hesitate to call an inspector to get the correct answer. Would use again, and certainly would use this web site again, as I value the opportunity to read other customers reviews and to quickly get multiple estimates.

Wes was very kind and professional. He quickly troubleshot our plumbing issues and fixed it the same day. He was able to fix a problem my home warranty (which has now expired) plumbers could not fix. Call Wes if you have any plumbing issues.
