We are very happy with the service that ADT provides us; they make us feel safe. ADT does not provide in home maintenance or check ups, you have to pay for those, but we haven't had any problems with our system. We also have not had any false alarms.

They set up an appointment time with us to explain the alarm system and they gave us an estimate for the cost of the unit. It took about an hour to install the alarm system which was really great. We are pleased with how quickly it was installed and knowing that it will give us the protection we need. The price was very reasonable also.

I have been using Brinks for a few years now and have never had any problems. Every time I have to call for any reason I get through immediately there are no long hold times like I expected. When they came out they showed us how to do weekly checks on the system to make sure everything was working well.

I thought they did a good job of installing and activating our security system. It really gave us more of a true sense and feeling of having a very secure home. Since our system was equipped with many protective devices, they were always doing security checks on it just to assure us it was functioning properly.

Brinks were the only monitoring system we have ever dealt with and if you accidentally set off your alarm not only would they call, but they would show up at our residence for confirmation that everything was okay.

I had always heard such good things about ADT, which is why I choose them but I had a very different experience. We had way to many false alarms, more than I could deal with. I canceled the service before I even received the first bill. The only thing I can say good about them is that they did respond quickly to the false alarms.

ADT originally installed the alarm system about ten years and theyve been monitoring it ever since. We had a few false alarms in the beginning and they responded right away. I can check also by calling them to make sure the systems working.

I feel very safe having ADT protecting my home they have a wonderful reputation. We have not had to speak with them but I am confident that if there was ever an alarm that they would respond quickly.

ADT does a great job of monitoring our home alarm system. They do not offer in home maintenance. They are linked directly to all of our local emergency personnel to ensure the fastest response time possible in case of a fire, theft, medical emergency or carbon monoxide.

I felt comfortable having ADTs service in our home. The alarm system was already installed with our new home, but we had an ongoing service contract with them. My husband wrote the checks for them so I couldn t say how much their service was, but I knew they were reliable and we trusted them enough to continue using them.

I had one instance to acknowledge how good they were and when the alarm went off that time, they called right away and asked the code. I have always been able to count on them for the answers to any of my questions. They took great care of us in every way and I appreciate the service much more than I could ever need it.

I chose ADT because of their long standing reputation but I am not to happy with their service. Monthly check-ups are not provided so we have no idea if it is working properly. On the good side they are very polite and responsive when I call.

ADT Security Services were very nice people over the phone. They called immediately when the alarm is set off. I feel safe when I am at home and when I am not home. I am happy with the price. We pay on a monthly basis.

We have been using ADT for the past two years and thankfully never had any alarms go off I believe that mostly because of the signs around out home intruders get intimidated by that kind of stuff. ADT has a long standing reputation in the community and Im certain that if we ever needed them they would be there quickly.

I really like the service they have and I think the most I like about them was their fire service. They called quick if the alarm tripped. They asked a lot of questions on false alarms and also answered all of my questions. Most of the time they were polite, but serious at the same time. This is a good company.

We have never had any need for their service, but it is always good to have. We really appreciate the fact that we get system checks as well as component inspections to ensure that everything is running smoothly and in great running condition.

I havent had any of our many alarms go off. We do have a monthly test done to make sure the alarms are still working. We feel very secure about the safety of our home when we are here and when we go away. Recently we received the most expensive, extremely sophisticated upgrade, which included the outside perimeter to the garage door and the cars to inside sprinkler and smoke detector. The system cost $2500.

I was real pleased with the technician and the company. When they installed my security system, they tested it for flaws, explained things to me and gave me a demonstration of it s operation. The guy went right down the list and did a very professional job. It was a very clean install, with no problems and it was nicely done. I paid ninety nine dollars for the system and I pay thirty three dollars for the monthly monitoring service.
