Woods Septic Tank Service

I scheduled the work ahead of time; they called before they headed out as promised on the scheduled day, did all the work in a professional and timely manner.   They originally thought they would only need to add a riser to my tank to accomplish what I wanted (easy future cleanout without disruption to landscaping, but when they dug up the tank, the clean out access was on the wrong end.  Also, the sprinkler system lines had unfortunately been run over the top of the tank.  When they realized this,  they stopped and called me out before cutting the sprinkler lines to let me decide if I wanted them to finish the work that day or wait for the sprinkler to be re-routed and have them come back out.  I had them cut the lines, and they marked them to make it easy for the sprinkler repair crew to find them.  They replaced the lid (instead of adding riser to existing one) at no additional cost from the original estimate and did a nice job re-leveling the area they had to dig up.   They did a great job; I'll definitely use again when I need septic work.

Cleaned septic tank in less than 1 hour. Provided Saturday service; septic problems began very late Friday & they responded by 8:30 a.m. the following morning. Other septic services wanted to wait until Monday or late Saturday afternoon.

They diagnosed a separate issue (I had noted this issue) & we will have Woods back to do that repair, soon.

After having a bad experience with another company, I contacted this company. They arrived when they said they would and were very nice to deal with. After locating the tank, it was determined that a backhoe was needed. They told me they would be back later that afternoon and for me to go on about my day and they would call my cell phone when they were headed back. They did in fact call me within a few hours and came back to complete the job. They were very thorough in replacing shrubbery that had to be dug up and anxious to leave everything looking nice. The price they charged was approximetely one-third less than what the previous company had quoted me.
