Description of Work: The service tech showed up just a few minutes late (better than most contractors) but gave me a call to let me know. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem in the sprinkler system wiring. Very satisfied with this company and will use them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: I recently purchased an older house with a sprinkler system, and I was having trouble getting it to work. He came out and quickly found the electrical wire problem, got all 6 zones working, fixed one broken sprinkler head and spent a few minutes showing me how the system works. | |I scheduled a week ahead in the summertime when they are busy and he showed up as scheduled. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: My husband and I were very pleased with the service from A&A Sprinkler Systems. We had the system installed to provide 100% coverage for our lawn, trees and bushes and Mr. Johnson accomplished that goal. When we found a few small sections not receiving sufficient water, Mr. Johnson immediately returned and made the necessary adjustments. He really knows how to set up the system to provide the best coverage (we have numerous zones set up in a very organized, structured way). He does care about pleasing the customer and doing the job right. We feel we have a high quality system installed by a professional who will always stand by his work.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak in my home irrigation system resulting from poor placement of the lines (roots from the Cherry Tree in that part of the yard had penetrated the line). + -1 moreOverall, I was pleased with the service. The repairmen were very polite and professional as well as patient with my questions. One of them even came back after a few weeks to review the control box operation with our gardener. That day he was four hours late. I called the office several times to track him down because the gardener was waiting for him. The office manager returned my call two hours after the appointment time to say he was running an hour late. The gardener likes the company and although she had to leave before he arrived, she recommended that I not give up on them. When he arrived, he patiently showed my husband and me how to use the system and he walked around the property with my husband to show him the various watering zones. To be fair, the company was very busy because we were experiencing a dramatic drought at the time, and they were trying to accommodate as many customers as possible in a short time.
Description of Work: Some zones were not getting adequately watered. I called A&A for a system review. They came out the same day and found some problems which they repaired including iinstallation of a new Rainbird control box. Tthey were here three days to complete the job. On the second day, the repairman was delayed by another job and was late. He called to let me know he would be late half an hour after his appointment time. I would have appreciated an earlier call. The third day he was also late. He called me when he was on his way. These late arrivals contributed to my grade of B for punctuality. Their service was excellent.
