They were willing to accommodate our schedule from the very beginning. Gave us a two hour window from 2:00 to 4:00. Called the day of at 12:00 to see if they could begin early. Arrived and was professional and efficient. I felt he communicated the problem with the unit honestly. The entire service took about 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the company and will probably purchase the yearly inspection plan they offer.

I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and their attention to detail in installing the new unit. The guys knew what they were talking about when going over the work they did. They showed me how to use the fancy new thermostat and gave me several suggestions about how to maximize the efficiency of the unit. The service plan that came along with the unit is also awesome.

Everything was done according to their estimate. Work was excellent and team members were professional and friendly. I trust them to give me advice and fair pricing.

The experience was good. They explained what our issues were in simple terms. We originally had signed up for a Diagnostic appointment and ended up signing up for their Special Partner Program. They gave us 2 options for fixing our a/c unit which we discussed tonight. The gentlemen were friendly, well spoken and informative. Overall had a great experience with them and plan to have them take care of our electrical and plumbing needs as well.

My air conditioning has started working. They were prompt. They were interested in resolving the problem in an economic manner possible. They were professional, and they cleaned after themselves. They would do what they can to save their customer's money, not making them purchase unnecessary parts or have unnecessary labor.

We had two quotes at the time and they were the lower of the two. They came in and performed the work. If you show up on time, do the work and the system works than that's a pretty good testimony. They've also done our semi-annual maintenance. They've always shown up. It's not a huge deal, but kind of interesting, they showed up and had filters with them. In our experience that's sort of the exception rather than the rule. I'd very highly recommend them. They were reasonably priced but not anything that would make you say wow. They put covers on their shoes before they come in your house. It's a nice added bonus.

We spent about $5500 on that service. I used them because they were rated highly on the list, we had personal recommendations from friends, and their bid was the most cost effective. They did a fine job and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were also pleasant to deal with.

The technician was very professional and courteous overall, I was impressed by that. They were real quick to respond to telephone calls for my service request. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Collin and Craig(i think) came out and installed a whole house air purifer on each of our two units. They did excellent work and courteous to me and my boys. They we in and out of the house a lot but would always put on their shoe covers before entering the house. Someone from their service department was suppose to call and setup an appointment to come out and clean our two units(per our salesman's sale to us), did not receive a call. My husband called the salesman(Greg Dubroca) and he kind of brushed my husband off and said he would look into it; nohing happened. One of the air purifiers started to make a bad noise, so i called the office and told the guy about the air purifier he said that was normal when running the a/c. I also asked him about them coming out to clean the units and he said he did not see it anywhere in our file; luckily Greg was walking by his door and he asked Greg about it and he said yes it was to be in with our purchase of the air purifiers. They set me up an appointment for someone to come out within the next couple of days. Jeff came out and cleaned the units and checked on the air purifier. Jeff was great, the air purifier had started to burn water that was dripping on it from the unit(unit had frozen). Jeff explained everything to me, fixed the unit and came back out the next day with the part for the air purifier that burned out. I can say their guys that come out to do the work are great; I cannot say the same for the salesman, but i guess he was just doing his job making a sale.

Conditioned Air Solutions provided excellent service. The company told me when they were going to come out and explained everything in detail about the different packages they had to order. They were very responsive to me and set up times that would work for me. They installed an entire new system: duct work and AC unit in 2 and a half days. I had a thermostat that went out one day and I called Conditioned Air Solutions and they came out later that day.

The guy was very knowledgeable and he detailed the process. He told me that the part had to be ordered and would be ready the next day. He came the next day and it was a reasonable price.

Very well. I always ask for Rick. He is excellent however the company has recently changed the system of charging the customer. Instead of the previous flat rate for materials & labor, they now use a book with price per type job that now increases the cost of service substantially. Customers prior to implementation of this new policy are not grandfathered.

This company has a very professional presentation of work to be performed. The technical people are very straight forward and easy to understand. Everything is explained in detail, so, expectations are high. I was told the installation would require two days to complete. The temp was ranging from 95 to 101 degrees, so I took my family to a hotel for the 27th and 28th to give the technicians time to finish their work and my family and I be comfortable at the hotel while they work. They were not able to finish in that time frame due to an emergency with one of the technicians. A back-up tech was not available. My family and I had already checked out of the hotel because we thought the job would be complete and did not want to spend more money in a hotel. They worked late into the evening of 28 July, 2010 to get the AC portion going so we can have some comfort at night. The unit ran consistently without ever turning OFF. They said it would run until the house got to a certain temp and turn off when it hits the set temp. They could not come back on the 29th of July to finish because they had another job to complete that was previously postponed. In the meantime, the unit ran all day on the 29th and all night. At this point, I know I am looking at a fat utility bill because of whatever the malfunction that keeps the unit from turning off. I know I could have turned it off manually, but the temp was 101 degrees outside. I chose to wait until they could get back to me. Not quite the service I expected. They came back on 30 July to upsize some of the duct work because the installed unit was bigger than the old unit and replaced the thermostat. The technicians ran into more problems with the bigger installed unit and more work was required to get it working properly. Once again, I was being put off because of other jobs that needed to be completed, BUT MINE WAS NOT YET COMPLETE. I was told they had another opening for Monday, August 2nd. At this point, I did not want to hear about another appointment that was two days away. I wanted my brand new system working properly NOW. A technician "volunteered" to come in on Saturday, July 31st, 2010, to complete the work that was started on 27 July. The technician showed up on Saturday morning to begin work. He explained to me that his work today would solve all issues we had been having by doing more duct work. He finished around noon and said the air should be circulating well and the temp should be getting cooler fast. He said he was sorry for all the trouble we were having but they will do what is needed to get it right. I understand some things not going right, but now everything that was coming from his mouth was falling on deaf ears. I just wanted all my rooms cooled and the unit turn off automatically. The unit finally turned off Saturday night, 31 July at 75 degrees. No celebration yet. The unit came on at 4:00 am on 1 August and has not shut down again. I left the temp setting at 75 degrees, but it went up to 80 degrees as the temp outside was 100. I observed the older units to the left and right of my home, and their units were turning on and off as normal. My unit ran constantly from 4 am until as I write this report 7:45 pm. I called the technician and have an appointment on 2 August, 2010. I only hope it gets right this time. 10K is a lot of money to pour into a system that is so much trouble at the installation stage. I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling for the future of this system with this company. I won't wish this experience on anyone and therefore will not recommend this company to friends or family. The electrical work provided by the company was top notch. The technician was professional, prompt, and efficient.

They are right down the list. They don't come into your house without putting covers over their shoes. They also show up on time, and tell you what they are going to do. They explain it, repair it, and than tell you what they had done. They are just very professional.

They are not the cheapest, but they really are very professional. They don't come into your house with out putting covers over their shoes. They explain everything to you very carefully, and are extremely polite also. A lot of people in their business can be a one man operation, but you don't really feel like they are doing things in a programed fashion. With this company you feel like they are going down a list, and are doing what they have to do. They do a really class A job.

Conditioned Air came out the same day, coordinating the best time for us, on a by hour check out rate and completely went over the unit and determined there was no leak and the system was operating well within manufacturer specifications. Needless to say we dropped Joe East and picked up Conditioned Air as our "new" A/C company for their professionalism, courtesy, promptness and competence.

Wish all of our home repairs went so well. Jeff showed up within afew hours, and diagnosed the problem immediately. We were impressed with their competence and professionalism. Jeff was great! We would certainly call them again.

It ended up being something easily repaired so my fee was just the service call. With the $20 coupon on Angie's List, we only paid $59. GREAT deal! Also, they followed up w/a very nice note thanking us for our business. So professional!!

I called with a no heat furnace problem at 9:30 am. Jeff Clark, service tech, was at my house at 10:30. By 11:00 he had fixed the problem and got the heat back on. He was very polite and extremely professional. No hidden charges, flat rate of $79. Plus he gave me a coupon for a free maintenance check up.

They got rid of the guy who came out the first time because I was not very satisfied with his work as he was not experienced. They are very knowledgeable and do good follow up. They understand customer service and want to have a professional image in expectation by the customer and they work to satisfy.

They were really good, professional, and knowledgeable. They did the work for a good price. They seemed to be honest and straightforward.

Overall, the technician was very friendly, knowledgable despite multiple issues that arose during this service. He identified a huge problem in my crawl space I was unaware of and went above and beyond to try to help me out. I especially found it convenient that the company offers other services (electrician and plumber) which in my "multiple issue" scenerio, I will be using all three services. I feel this company is trustworthy and fair in their pricing.

We were totally satisfied with their professional installation and responsiveness to our particular requests. Their response to minor warranty-covered corrections was swift and complete.

Very good service. Required work was explained in detail. Follow up was excellent with explanation of how the unit works and how to operate new unit in conjunction with upstairs unit. They were able to install in 3 days and did not shut off existing AC. We requested several quotes and Lupe Moneno responded quickly with the different break down of costs.
