Description of Work: Our HVAC system was not working properly, we thought it might be the thermostat. The service tech came out and checked both the unit and the thermostat. It turned out to be the HVAC unit's gas line burner was out of alignment. He knew right away what the problem was and repaired it quickly. While here, we had him to check the other 2 units and they needed to be cleaned and serviced. We ended up purchasing a contract to have all 3 units cleaned and serviced yearly. Great customer service, very efficient and prompt. We feel their service and prices are better than most of the others. Highly recommend this company! |

Description of Work: After coming home from work and finding that it was 89 degrees inside my house, I searched for a company with 24-hour emergency service. Once I called them, a technician was notified and called me back within 15 minutes. He came to the house at 9:30pm and fixed our AC in less than an hour. |

Description of Work: I paid for a $79.95 A/C tune-up (including Freon) with my Visa card. When no email confirmation of my order was forthcoming, I called the company to see when y tune-up would be scheduled. The company referred me to a company spokesman who concluded that what I was needing was a service call. We agreed to cancel the tune-up, and I had the service performed by North Alabama Heating and Air Conditioning. However, the charge remained on my credit card.

Description of Work: Diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned 15 year old central AC. Work was fast, polite, and effective. Cool air was nice!

Description of Work: My air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air. I called, got an appointment and the tech showed up as expected. He simply had to press the high pressure switch outside to get the air conditioner going again with cool air coming from the vents. He showed me the switch in case I ever needed to do the same thing again. I was glad it was something simple and inexpensive to correct.
