Doug is a very good communicator and seeks to find and resolve problems quickly. He went beyond and identified other issues that required change to be code compliant and made repairs in a very timely fashion. Would definitely hire again

The guys name is Doug Mitchell. He was on time and did a great job.the price was good,he was very nice and respectful. Called a few minutes after my request more than i can say for x-purrs inc. Never heard from them or Elliott even after I called them they said they would call me back, I'm still waiting. Thanks 9-1 plumb for a good job.

Removed the old tub/shower and installed a new one. Was keep inform of progress at all times. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the completed install. Highly recommended.

Arrived a few minutes before appointment time, fixed a leaky toilet [needed a rebuild], checked the other toilets in the house for proper operation, checked hot water heaters. Mentioned plastic expandable water supply line in the attic that can withstand a freeze but not burst has a limited life [it will leak at any temperature] and there are many law suits against that vendor.
