Excellent!  This last time they forgot to charge me a tire waste fee and I had to go back inside to pay that separately, but other than that, I haven't had any other issues.

Went to Dean to take care of an exhaust leak.  They put my car on the rack and told me that my muffler was rusted through.  I returned later and dropped my car off and had the repairs done.  I was shown what would be done before the work was performed.  I went back the next day (left my car there the afternoon before) and picked the car up and the noise was gone.  Work was done on time and on budget.  I also had an issue with my other car and he told me to bring it by and he would look at it free of charge.  Dean actually care about his customers!!

He ended up not charging us anything and could've done an alignment or other stuff without us even knowing. We were very, very, pleased that he was honest. Their prices are reasonable, their locally owned, and I would highly suggest going there. They were very professional.

Dean's automotive is the most reliable and honest automotive company/people you will ever find.  Our air conditioner was acting up.  It would work sometimes and other times it wouldn't.   Therefore, we first took it to a local store/repair shop where they recommended we just put more freon in it.  We tried this and that didn't work.  We then decided to take it to the dealership where they gave us an estimate of $654.  We then decided to take it to Dean's for a second opinion.  They took a look at it, informed us of the part that wasn't working (don't remember the name of the part) and fixed it for $192.  The funny thing about it is that they had to order the part from the dealership.
