My experience was top of the line! I couldn't of asked for better or faster service. I will definitely recommend Puroclean to my friends and family.

After discovering our water damage, we decided to contact a water mitigation company to help with water removal, drying, and mold prevention.  One well known company (the only company I was aware of at the time) came to mind but after reading online reviews about them I knew I had to find another company.  I discovered Puroclean and decided to give them a call.  They were highly recommended and their customers were very satisfied. Hunter, the owner of the company, came to our home within a couple of hours.  He and his crew were extremely professional and courteous.  His desire to provide excellent customer service was evident from the first minute he arrived at our home.  The job of removing damaged items and excess water, cleaning, and treating for mold was completed in one day.  They installed large blowers and dehumidifiers in each room and left them in place for several days until everything was completely dry. Each day Hunter would stop by to check on everything and to ensure that drying was progressing as expected.  I cannot recommend Hunter and his company enough.  They brought peace of mind to my husband and me during a extremely stressful situation.  You will not regret your decision to use Puroclean!

They arrived on time, and were extremely courteous. They seemed to be very professional. They cleaned up so well, you can hardly tell they were here.

In doing some work on our house,we unfortunately discovered what looked to be mold growing in the wall behind our kitchen sink.  We called PuroClean, and they came to our house immediately.  After confirming that it was indeed mold, the PuroClean
professionals got to work at once.  They did a very thorough?yet still very quick?job, and fixed our problem.  PuroClean also took the time to walk my husband and I through the process, and explained why they did what they did, and the suggested what was necessary without overcharging.  They could not have been more polite.  Simply put, I would recommend PuroClean
wholeheartedly?they did a super job for us.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Hunter and his team. We had an odor problem in our house that was no doubt to be left to the professionals. Puroclean came in with their team, and did a fantastic job of remedying our problem. On top of that, the carpets that we were sure needed to be replaced are as clean ever, and sure to last a few more years. While there, one of his guys noticed some mildew in our dining room. After some investigating, we found a wet spot in the garage that caused some thick mold in our wall. Luckily, puroclean was equipped to deal with that as well. I was glad to find such a professional and courteous group, and will most certainly call them when the time comes again.

After the first day and all the equipment was up and running, Hunter came back to the house the next morning (after working until 7 the previous afternoon) to check on the running equipment and determine what other actions may be necessary to clean and protect my house form potential future moisture/mold damage.  I gave Hunter unsupervised access to my house for the next week to remove additional insulation and continue dehumidification/drying process. Hunter and his crew made a very bad situation manageable. 
I'm very pleased with the service Hunter provided.

We just purchased a house where the previous owner was a heavy smoker.  The house was not only smelled like smoke, but was musty as well.  We called PuroClean to come out and take a look.  They came out the same day and completed their odor control and mold remediation service.  They have a friendly staff that gave us an overview of the process that was to be performed.  They set up their equipment the same day and when we returned just a few hours later, we could already tell a huge difference.  I highly recommend PuroClean not on for the results but for their fast, friendly and accommodating staff.

We couldn't be more impressed with the folks at PuroClean Emergency Services.  They were professional and used shoe covers every time they came in or out of our house.  Their technician was punctual and he was very considerate when performing the work so that our small child was not disturbed in the process.  The results of the cleaning were fantastic!  Our carpet looks brand new again.  We would highly recommend PuroClean for any of their services because they did such an incredible job.
