PRO CLEAN

They were very responsive, they came out the day after the flood. I was told they would pack my stuff, clean what they could and store it. They were also to remove the carpet and do mold care. They were johnny on the spot to come get my things and that was all. My contractor removed the carpet because it was going to take pro clean a week to come out that was too long being as the house flooded 4ft. They did spray for mold the next week. I was assured from day one that the service was all inclusive. That they would not charge me a dime more than the insurance paid. They were also going to provide me a list of content to help me with the insurance forms. Not only did I not get a list, when I provided them with what insurance would pay for all of the sudden EVERYTHING was extra. The statement made to me was that the sales rep gets ahead of herself sometimes. Suddenly, the service was not all inclusive. They lied all the way around. They said things were broken that were not. They said things were not repairable that were. (we went to the storage place and picked up the lawn care items they said was destroyed and ALL but one mower worked) When they returned our things we received OTHER PEOPLES STUFF and not all of ours. Rings, watches, kitchen extras like slow cooker (that was on the counter above flood level) and many sentimental items like christmas ornaments( 20 years worth)  and of all things our BIBLES was not returned. When I called and requested they look I was told "we already looked and we are not looking again you got more than you paid for"  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The service they provided was super. My rugs never looked cleaner. All of the dirt and stains were gone when my carpet was done, and it was dried thoroughly. I will be using them again.
