Wayne and Kilby (and Lewis, who is a 3rd party electrician whom I can't say enough good things about either) were extremely kind and professional when they mounted our TV and made all the wires disappear. They came on time, got the work done quickly, and provided superior quality of work. Have had several people help out with various things around our house, and these really are the nicest and most professional we've experienced. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

To my surprise, they responded very quickly to my service request (3 to 4 days)! They came when they said they would come and worked for 10 hours, all in one day! Wayne and his assistant were very kind, professional and friendly throughout the installation. They were both very thorough in discussing and explaining the installation process and even addressed any concerns that I had and graciously answered all my questions even before they began the work. I am very pleased with their quality of work, and they did a great job cleaning up their work areas in my home.

They cleaned as they worked and cleaned up before leaving. They set up tv with all accessories (Apple TV, sound bar, cable box) and synced all remotes. Will definitely use them again!!!!

Because of their excellent service, I requested price quote to mount a television in my family room, master bedroom and den downstairs. Nice Guys responded the same day I emailed them. We set an appointment for them to provide a review and estimate of the work. The appointment was verified via text and email and Wayne texted about 20 minutes before their arrival. They had the day open so I approved the work the day of the review and they completed the work immediately. I first spoke with them on a Monday and by Thursday all the work was done. Wayne (Head Nice Guy) was thorough in reviewing what was needed and explained the cost for each item and labor. The Nice Guys lived up to their name. They were pleasant and not "pushy sales people." It was a pleasure to have them in our house. The work was professionally done and they left the work area very clean. I made one small addition while they were working on the larger TV and Wayne made the adjustment on the fly and gave me a good price on the adjusted work. I absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. When you have someone coming into your house to run wires through walls and mount nice TVs you want it done right - and Nice Guys did it right!

Wayne did an excellent job and even did a followup visit and replaced the antenna free of charge.  I would definitely call Wayne again.  I wish he offered more services (such as painting, other handyman type stuff) as his customer service is great!!

Both gentlemen were very kind and courteous! Loved the fact that they were very conscious of our new home and used booties over the shoes and blankets on the floor without even being asked! They were kind enough that even my daughter gave them some of her homemade cookies, lol

Wayne was really nice and contacted me within 5 minutes of me making an online appointment. He had availability the next morning and scheduled me promptly. He did arrive late but he notified me as soon as he realized he was running behind with a new time and didn't leave me wondering where he was; he also discounted his services for the tardiness.
