Super fast and in/out for the fix.

The technician, James was on time, very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He let me know why the GFIC failed and replaced it. Also provided information on maintenance and avoiding future issues. Very thorough and timely.

Replace 2 electrical switches. The Pro was great and very professional. but I think they are very expensive. I would definitely get a quote and really do some checking around. In an electric emergency I would absolutely call them!

I requested electrical services for two issues I was having at the house and emphasized this to the tech multiple times while he was on-site. He completed the installation of the requested dedicated circuit for the dishwasher but the attention to detail was poor. As he was leaving I had to point out that the direction of the junction box had to be changed to safely plug in the dishwasher which he did after I brought it to his attention. I asked him to address the 2nd issue but he felt that it was no longer a problem since he pulled the dedicated circuit. I asked him to check before he left. He did not and within 5 minutes of leaving I was again experiencing the same problem. When I called to address the issue I was told someone could return the next day and for $700 grounding rods could be placed prior to diagnosing the problem further. This is highway robbery and unnecessary. In my frustration I was able to spend hours working on the wiring myself to correct the problem. I called and asked that a manager call me back to discuss the entire situation and I have since heard nothing from them. If you need someone to come out quickly for service, they can certainly help with that but in my experience they are not thorough and their pricing is atrocious. They will spend most of your time trying to up-sell you to a package you dont need rather than just billing you for the actual work completed. Incredibly disappointed with this experience.

Didn't seem to understand smart switches. Cussed continuously during the entire process. Crossed a wire from one circuit to another so now my attic and garage circuits are linked: the breaker blows for one if the other is already flipped on, but both circuits work if only one of them is flipped. Cost was over $1000 and I was told I needed a new breaker which was installed; in hindsight, I dont think that was necessary to complete the task I hired them to do.

The two men from Mister Sparky (Josh/Lard) who did the electrical overhaul on my home, did first class work. I could not have asked for more than the two gentlemen that worked nonstop for two days. Thanks to you Mister Sparky, for having such skilled electrical men who complemented each other on the job. Without their complete complementary to each other the job would not have been a success. OVER PRICED. THEY CALLED AND I SAID NO BUT TOLD A LIE TO GET JOB. CAME OUT WITH SAME PRICE AND THEN TRIED TO SAY A BUNCE OF OTHER STUFF WAS WRONG TO GET $21,000. I Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, NOR HOME ADVISOR! AND FOR SURE NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO USE EITHER SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
