Service was conveniently scheduled. Technician arrived at appointed time. Floodlight replacement was excellent. Technician also inspected wiring termination and grounding for proper operation.

Responsive and professional.

Jason was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had several electrical issues and he addressed them all very professionally! We will use "Mr. Sparky" again if we need to have electrical done.

They were a little pricey (but aren't most electricians?), but the customer service and the quality of work was really good. Matthew, the electrician, was amazing. His customer service was off the charts! Great company, great experience. We will use them again.

They were very prompt. Someone came out the same day and provided a quote to repair what I needed. Then I had the option to have them perform the repair or not.

Jason was awesome!

I hired them to install a ceiling fan. While he was here he paraded around my house telling me what all was wrong that needed to be fixed. Then proceeded to sell me services for stuff unrelated to the reason he was there. All around the guy was kinda rude.

Company sent a fine technician to fix the problem but it took him longer to find the shorted out socket than it should have. Although the payment process was explained beforehand the bill was not itemized and it seemed a little higher than expected. This made it difficult to determine an accurate rating for value. The technician admitted that he normally work commercially. However, the work was done professionally and the technician was very respectful, he cleaned up much of the mess that he made and most importantly, I have the full use of my power.
