Mister Sparky of Birmingham

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a piece of machinery to be wired in my warehouse. First they came out to do the work but realized THEY had ordered the wrong part. Now they keep scheduling times to do the work but never show up. This place is ridiculous.

They responded very fast, completed the work quickly, the price wasn't low but it seemed reasonable. The guy who did the work was very easy to talk with, professional, and reasonable/creative. The only work quality qualm is that I am a perfectionist. Some of the install elements in the garage are fine for a typical garage but a not the way I like to do it. I am going to sound nit-picky but the plates are a bit off level. Otherwise, I am happy to recommend them.

I had a good experience with Mister Sparky of Birmingham. They replaced and moved our breaker box in our condo. It required them to create a window for the new box in our drywall/plaster. They stuck with the work until it was done correctly. I went with them for high quality and reliable service. They honored my requests to make adjustments and made my satisfaction with the job a priority, which I appreciated, because it was expensive work. Would hire again.

I had a simple landscape repair project. Mr. Sparky came toevaluate it and tried to charge us $2000! When we declined the work, he tried to talk us into financing. What a joke.
