Arrived on time and did a good job. I would use them again.

I thought they did a good job with the clean-up. They were prompt and courteous.

They did a great job. It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It was fine. I have a little outbuilding so they charged me a little more to do the windows and skylights in that building but it wasn't very much; it was something inexpensive.

I tried to make appt. after I bought service. They never called back. I kept trying to contact by phone and email. Again, never called me back.

Overall it beats doing the job myself, especially for the second floor and hard to reach windows.

The offer was a whole-house price for cleaning windows. They did a lot of windows for the price, but not very well. They didn't do several windows on the highest level that they said they would. A number of windows were still very streaky/dirty. And, the screens didn't get put back on the right windows, therefore the latches didn't line up and the screens were not attached to the window sill.

One person inside, one person outside. Neat and tidy. Well done! 3 floors of windows.

Excellent! Efficient, good work, cleaned up after themselves, punctual, and did only the work that I paid for....did not try to pressure for more work once at the home.Dealings with the office personel were straightforward and to the point. Very good work!!

APS arrived on time and did a GREAT job! They left everything tidy. The only difficulty was this: Because I didn't know that I should arrange specail handling for the inside of a couple of storm windows, I had not arranged for that. When I called the office on the day of my window washing, I was informed that they could not be done that day. But I was told that an APS window washer would stop by my house one day when they were in my neighborhood and they would wash the windows with the storm window and the storm window inside at a special rate. No one has shown up to wash them but I haven't bugged them about it either. But, even with that issue, I was very pleased with the job that was done and would readily engage APS again to wash my windows

We made an appointment for April and they did not show up. When we called they said we were on the schedule for May. When they did not come on the day scheduled in May we called and called and could not get anyone. Finally we tried one last time. They apologized and made another appointment, which they kept. They did do a good job but we wish that there had been better communication.

Overall we are happy with the service.

It turned out well. It was the first time I had used them.

Extremely frustrating since this was purchased through angie's list.

We had to re-schedule a couple of times and arrived late on the day of their appointment. I was satisfied with their work, but had to wait on them.

On time, very nice, wonderful job. Windsows and doors look great, I was not sure about the number of windows and doors as I wasn't sure how they counted and if side lights were included. They honored the estimate number to be cleaned. Cleaned up all their stuff, you would not have known they had come except for the squeaky clean and sparkling windows! Will use again and will recommend to everyone.

Had a bit of trouble getting the job booked, and the first appointment took a long time to get, but the experience after the job was booked was very good. The crew did a fine job and the windows looked great.

I called in June, and the first available appt was in August. The day they were to come I got a call about an hour after they were supposed to arrive to say they wouldn't be out, so we rescheduled for a Saturday afternoon. We changed our weekend plans to make sure we were home and they never showed up and never called. Then on the following Monday morning at 8am they show up out of the blue and start cleaning. This would have been fine, but I had been out of town and got home at 5am, so to have to get up and be pleasant while a couple strangers are in my house cleaning really aggravated me. The guys were very nice and they did a great job, but after all that hassle I will not use this company again.

Making the appointment was easy and fast. The service was done very well. The only thing that caused the overall B rating is that they broke a flower pot and left dirt all over my desk. They did not inform me that the pot was broken and did not clean up the mess.

EXCELLENT WORK. WE DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SO THEY COULD WORK. THEY HAVE WORK WITH US BEFORE AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD WORKERS. CLEAN, QUIET AND ARRIVED 15 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED TO PUT THE LADDERS AND START WORKING EXACTLY AT 8:00 AM AS REQUESTED. WE WIL CONTINUE REQUESTING THEIR SERVICE.
