Description of Work: Cleaned windows inside and out and was very professional and did the service in a timely matter.

Description of Work: I purchased one of their Big Deal coupons last year but let it expire; I called a couple weeks ago to see if they would do the same service and honor the face value I'd already paid. I didn't hear back at first, but then followed up the next week and they agreed and scheduled the work with no problem. But I was a little concerned and caught off guard when their workers arrived 2 hours early, without calling, on the scheduled day. They announced they were from APS but didn't have anything else to identify that they were with the company...being home alone with a newborn, this was again a little concerning. I called the office to verify, but no one picked up or called back. Anyway, they got to work outside while I hurriedly moved the furniture and drew up the paper blinds so they could clean inside. They took off the screens and cleaned all the windows and sills - the sills were really important because they were extremely dirty (wish I had a before picture!) When they were finished outside they completed the work inside. I did a quick walk through and everything looked really nice and clean - no streaks or spots, and there was a nice light scent too. And best of all, the sills looked clean again! The whole service took just under two hours. In the end I was very pleased with their work, though they could maybe use a little improvement on the admin side of things.

Description of Work: I paid my $100 and got a message saying they were overwhelmed with calls and had a back log. Left my number and a messge twice and I have still nit heard from them??? A bad business

Description of Work: It was a great price (through 'The Big Deal'), but they were scheduled to be here between 11-12:00. They showed up at 2:45 and were very difficult to communicate with. I believe they spoke only Spanish; so sign language was required. The two guys did an excellent job washing the windows, one inside, one outside - even though we have tilt-in windows. They ignored that feature and just did what they usually do. One was on the phone (headset) the whole time, the other listening to music on his ipod. They made little effort to clean the screens, but I got them to go back over a few screens that were particularly dirty with spider webs. They were quick - had all 23 windows and 2 sliding doors, and some sills done in less than 1.5 hrs. I like being able to communicate w/ workers, so I probably won't use them again.

Description of Work: We bought the Angie's List Coupon for this service back in August. I just scheduled my cleaning appointment about two weeks ago. I requested that the workers clean the windows on the north side of my home; the house is three stories high back there, there's a garden window and a sky light. The workers arrived on time and began work before I arrived. They clearly knew what I'd requested and they were half way done - and had done a good job before I got home from work to meet them. They were fast, polite, and responsive. After they'd put away their ladders, I noticed they'd overlooked the skylight that I wanted done. When I let them know about it, they cheerfully unloaded their ladders, put them back up, and found - and then cleaned - the upper skylight. Meanwhile, they'd cleaned four other, lower skylights, thinking those were the ones I needed done. (Those I can handle - but it was nice!) Great job, great workers.

Description of Work: I have a 1925 home with lots of windows that had not been cleaned since I move in in 2006. I purchased the half price deal through Angie's list and waited a few weeks to contact the service. The appointment process went well and I knew I woudl need to pay extra for storm windows and a large picture window that required removal of the outside pane to get to the inside. We agreed on a price for this large window and the storm windows. The workers were just a little late but I received a phone call letting me know they were on their way and clarifying direction. The two workers went right to work and did a stellar job of getting all the windows sparkling clean - removing and replacing the storm windows and getting everything put back together in a short period of time. The windows sparkled and I felt like I had a new house.
