Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a fence, gate and flower box to be deconstructed and replaced. A Titan employee came to my house to prepare an estimate. The job was evaluated and accepted by the Titan employee. After I signed approval of the estimate, nothing happened for three weeks. When I called Titan , I was told the employee who had provided my estimate had never should have agreed to take on my ""too small"" job, and that that employee had ""left the company."" No one had notified me of that or of the status of my signed estimate from Titan. I finally reached a manager who apologized to me and said he would call Anchor Fence to request that they take on my job and honor or beat Titan's bid. I never heard anything again. The manager continued to refuse to return my phone calls. I realize that Titan is a big company and I had a small job to be done. But their employee agreed to accept my job, never once saying it was the company's policy to only handle jobs of a certain size. He produced an estimate on Titan letterhead that I signed off on. Titan never informed me that my work was too small for them. They provided no assistance to rectify the situation and after 1-2 phone calls with the manager, which accomplished nothing, the manager refused to contact me again. This is ridiculously awful customer service I will not recommend Titan Landscaping to anyone, nor will I ever consider them for any future work.

Description of Work: I needed a keystone retaining wall repaired because it was leaning and bricks removed from driveway. They told me they couldn't save plants and wanted to replace instead of reuse the bricks. I found someone to do the work for 1/3rd the price they quoted.

Description of Work: I called for estimate and was told minimum would be 2000.00 they took my email and contact number and I was told it would be at least a week before they could come out maybe longer. Three weeks later I called back and was told they have no intentions of quoting me a price. If this is the way TITAN does business, it's a shame. I will now need to start over contacting someone else when I specifically chose them from the A rating on Angie's list.

Description of Work: Titan put in a 6' wooden fence with two gates around my back yard; they planted four trees and put in a garden area around the perimeter of the back yard, put in a gravel path with stepping stones, and enlarged the existing cedar deck. They created a pleasant low maintenance space.
