Put in my request for carpets to be clean within 24 hours. They responded the next morning and were at the house by noon. Did an excellent job on very old stained carpet! I was extremely pleased! The person cleaning was very personable and professional! Would definitely hire them again!

Just moved into a new home. Andrew was on time, friendly and was able to get the job done is a very reasonable amount of time. Prices seem to match the average I have spent in the past to have our carpets cleaned here in Cheyenne.

Carpet Medic Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job of cleaning my soils stairs, as well as former pet accidents that left an odor. Andrew, the owner is a down-to-earth person and most hospitable. He arrive early and had called my cell, but unfortunately it was off. Early worked for me, but I had not secured my rambunctious terrier. He was so friendly with my pet and helped me out greatly. I was in a hurry to make a dental appt. When I returned home to see my carpets looking brand new and no mess left behind, I was elated. I will never use anyone else again. In addition, I had called several other cleaning services in town and only one returned my call the following day. If you don't answer your phone and only have a voice mail that goes unchecked...it's not profitable for business. I found a general carpet cleaning website and listed my contact information. I'm not sure if it was merely local or national, but Andrew called me within 10 minutes. That's being on top of things and impressive to me. Moreover, he was available to perform the service two days after we first made contact. I've called others in town and the wait can be two weeks. Thank you very much, Andrew! I already recommended you to a business in town after mentioning you to the owner. We exchanged emails, and I sent her your business contact information.
