Basement Autority fixed my basement and made my sump pump work perfect. They finished so quick, which was very convenient for me, but they had to work very hard. They included Robby, Mason and Logan. The crew was real nice and professional. Thank you!

I am deeply grateful to the guys who came to repair my basement issue. Brandon quickly came out and assessed the situation. After receiving my quote the decision to go with Basement Authority was obvious. I immediately felt confident in their ability to get this difficult job done properly and in a cost effective manner. Robbie, Logan and Mason worked so hard and got the job done quickly and most importantly efficiently. They did an amazing job installing everything while keeping me informed and all had a polite and professional disposition. I've honestly never had the priveledge of working with a contractor who is so thorough, quick, communicative and kind. I have had several instances of flooding after buying a new house and was pretty devastated. The basement space is supposed to be living space but has been off limits mostly, since the repetitive flooding. I feel so relieved to have my home back. Thank you so so much!
