The work was fine.

I ended up not using them.

The liner was installed properly and is just what they said it would be, but I don't care for the product. It seems kind of ''cheap'' compared to a glazed porcelain tub. That's my fault. After the install, there was a big drop in water pressure to the tub and shower. I do not believe they caused the problem by making a mistake or anything, but they needed to fix it. We could barely use it. I definitely felt like they were not taking me seriously because it took almost 2 weeks of daily phone calls to get them back out here. I had to get nasty, which I don't like doing. When they did fix that, they reversed the hot/cold. This time they offered to come back the same day or the next business day. The workers were very polite, fast, on time, and did good clean up. The plumber charge was $325 to install the fixtures I provided, which seems high.

The work was started within the time frame quoted and was performed promptly and professionally. The workers arrived on time, the work was done as stated, and each cleaned the area after completion.

Called for an estimate and decided to make an appointment to have tub re-glazed. Office people were informative, gave an accurate estimate and set an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The tech that came out seemed inexperienced. He did not cover his shoes and was in/out of the house several times. He "taped" the bathroom well and there appeared to be no overspray, but the coverage on the tub was poor. When he came back to caulk the tub, (2 days later, which is standard), I questioned the coverage and he did respray parts of the tub. The tub is now white, but it has a very gritty finish and feels like sandpaper and not a smooth tub. I was told this is dust. Overall I am not happy with the quality.

Overall, it was a fairly positive experience. They were always prompt, friendly, and answered any questions that I had. My only complaint was that I was told that I would be receiving an installed shower rod that would be thrown in, for no additional price. When they came to install everything, the guy did not have the shower rod, checked his paperwork, and did contact the sales rep immediately. I was then told that it was never part of the deal, and he offered to have it put in for half the price.

I would rate my overall experience with the company as way below average. The sales representative that was sent to my house to give me information about the process gave incorrect information, thus prompting me to buy a product I really didn't want. When I realized what it was, and contacted the company I was advised this has happened before. So they sent someone out to correct their mistake and then refused to reimburse me for the product that was removed. The overall customer service was horrible and I would never use this company again or recommend then to anyone else.

I FELT THE WORK DONE WAS VERY GOOD. THE PERSON WHO DID THE WORK WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE CHARGE FOR THE DRAIN AND OVERFLOW REPLACEMENT SEEMED SOMEWHAT HIGH AS IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO REPLACE. OVERALL I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE.

THE PAPERWORK DID GET MESSED UP DUE TO THEIR COMPUTER BEING DOWN, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.

THE MAN WAS ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT ONLY TOOK HIM A COUPLE OF HOURS.

I FOUND THE COMPANY HARD TO TALK WITH. THE SALESMAN SAID ONE THING & THE WORKER WOULD ALWAYS SAY, NOT IN THE CONTRACT WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT SOMETHING. PUT IN WRONG ITEMS, LIKE WRONG SIZE TOILET, & THE MEDICINE WAS POOR. CUT CORNERS & COULDN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS IN TIMELY FASHION.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.

THE WORKERS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.

HE DID THE JOB WELL.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO DO THE JOB. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE FINISH, WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I WOULD USE THIS OUTFIT AGAIN, BUT I WOULD BE SURE TO HAVE DETAILED DRAWINGS WITH EXACT MEASUREMENTS. THE FIRST PART OF THE JOB, REMOVE AND REPLACE THE COUNTERTOP, WAS DELAYED BECAUSE THE COUNTERTOP WAS MEASURED INCORRECTLY AND THEREFORE THE WHOLE JOB WAS DELAYED. EACH PART OF THE JOB TOOK SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET RIGHT. THE CONTRACT CALLED FOR 4 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND IT TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING TO GET THE JOB DONE, BUT IT WAS INCONVENIENT. I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF DELAYS AND GOT ONE. NOW THAT'S IT'S OVER, THE BATHROOM LOOKS GREAT AND I'M HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, ESPECIALLY THE TUB REGLAZING.

THE PLUMBER THIS COMPANY USES IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSKILLED. HE PUT THE TUB FAUCET IN BACKWARDS. I CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY CAME OUT BUT DID NOT FIX IT, AS THEY WOULD NEED TO TAKE THE ENTIRE TUB SURROUND WALL OUT. THE HOT/COLD PIPES BEHIND THE WALL ARE CONNECTED WRONG. BASCIALLY, "SORRY" WAS THEIR ANSWER. THEY HAD A COMPLETE LACK OF REPSONSIVENESS TO THEIR MISTAKE. THEY DID SOME OTHER WORK IN ANOTHER BATHROOM, WHICH WAS OK. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE THAT REQUIRES A PLUMBER.

DINAH PROVIDED COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF TUB RE GLAZING PROCESS, INCLUDING COSTS, AND DESCRIBED EXACTLY HOW MANY HOURS THE PROCESS TAKES, SO I COULD REARRANGE MY SCHEDULE TO BE AVAILABLE. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT, AND THOROUGHLY MATCHED THE ORIGINAL TUB COLOR. I WAS GIVEN EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE THE WORK AREA WAS SUFFICIENTLY DRIED, AND ALSO INSTRUCTIONS ON LONG-TERM CARE OF THE NEW SURFACE.

CONTACT EXPLAINED PROCEDURE AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS WELL. HOWEVER, AFTER THE PROCEDURE WAS COMPLETED, TECHNICIAN LEFT PAMPHLET WHICH NOTED ADDITIONAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND CAUTIONS. HAD WE HAD THAT BEFORE PROCESS WAS DONE, WE MIGHT HAVE RECONSIDERED. FINISH WAS NOT AS DURABLE AS HOPED. TECHNICIAN TRACKED A SMALL AMOUNT OF MATERIAL ON FLOORS, WHICH WE WERE ABLE TO REMOVE LATER.
