I called for an estimate on patio installation and Scot came out on time as scheduled. He said he would get back to me the following day with an official estimate. Two weeks later, no further contact. I sent him a message, still nothing. Unprofessional.

I called to have them come out & quote a job. They told me they would arrive the following day at 11am. At 11:30 the day they said they'd come out I called to see if they were running late. The receptionist advised she would call the estimator & have someone get in touch with me. At 12:45 my husband called back again as we hadn't heard from them. The receptionist offered to take another message but advised she did not know what happened.

Mowed as agreed. did not leave receipt and agreed in April Contract. Impossible to reach on May30 after two calls and no visit to lawn under contract. Also no response on another property which had specified simple needs another no response. All our bills were paid through Intuit. However lawn under contract has weeds and left to seed length after heavy rain, we were under contract for a certain length an frequent care in the wet and early growth season. Then have a specific weed control in the drier months. Also a no response no the other property. Not good a responding, I don't know why they have an answering service?

I am extremely pleased. I would recommend them to others. Icalled a number of service providers, and by far, this company was the most reponsive and professional that I came across.

have dealt with these folks in the past and always been very pleased with them. They provide pricing promptly and then accomplish the work on a timely basis. Can't say enough good about them. I have always dealt with Eric and he is very responsive.

I asked to have the bushes along side of my driveway evened off as the sides had been. Two men worked on bushes for less than 30" and then went to back yard. They trimmed some dogwood in the back yard and left. So they were here less than an hour for $300 but the my driveway bushes looked just as ragged as before they started. When i contacted Best Choice the reply was they trimmed as much as they could. I complained about a ragged stem that looked like it broke off vs cut. I noticed that branch had been trimmed later. I think if they could no do what i wanted (i.e.: even off the top of bushes to match the even sides) then he should have said it can't be done and not agreed to do it for $150. i hired another landscaper who agreed with me that the tops do not look like they were trimmed at all.

They are fast and did an excellent job. He is willing to negotiate the price.

I got them off of Angie's List. They are a large company. He is on time and gets back to me. I will continue to use them. They are easy to pay.

Lawn fertilization and weed control. Early in the summer, they missed a couple areas, front and back, with the fertilizer and it was very noticeable. I contacted them and they sent an applicator back to do a touch up of the areas missed. It took quite awhile for the lawn to look good again. Since they fixed the problem, I will probably use them in 2014 with the expectation of no problems.

I had Best Choice quote doing the grass and bed maintenance for our subdivision association last fall. The price they quoted was less than the company we had used for the previous 3 years and the Angie's list rating were good so we changed providers to Best Choice. It was a good decision. They are professional, responsive and do a great job. When we received a letter from the city concerning a field that needed to be mowed down, they were out within 2 days to take care of the problem for us.

While Best Choice Landscaping's duties will be somewhat changed with additions/expansion for me in 2014, their 2013 role - taking over for another service - was lawn cutting, trimming, weed killing, fertilization, shrub/flower bed maintenance and shrub trimming. All the work was excellent.

After having the cause of water seepage in our basement diagnosed as a drainage problem, we got 4 estimates for solutions. Best Choice had what we felt was the most complete solution to our problem. Brandon did not think we would need drain tile and that just regrading, creating a swale would do the job. We wanted to have additional insurance that the problem would be solved once and for all so we requested the drains and drain tile. Brandon's quote was not the lowest but I was most impressed with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. We signed the quote for the work on 5/13/2013. The work was completed in early September. Weather, work schedules and our desire to have the work done in late summer or early fall were the reasons. Brandon kept in contact and let us know when they could do the work. When they came to do the work we discussed the entire project so that we were all on board. Once the work started it was completed in three days. They took great care to only disturb the area where they were working. The equipment operator was a master. All debris were removed as the work progressed. All areas they worked in were cleaned up each night before they left. The swale was formed, trench for drain tile dug, fabic lined the swale, gravel was placed, drain tile was placed, drains installed, additional gravel was placed, top soil placed and area seeded. Grass began growing within 7 days and has filled in nicely. Some additional seeding will probably be necessary in the spring. The finished project looks great. We could not be happier with the work done by Best Choice. The people are great, the work is great and the value for the work completed is outstanding. I have delayed writing this review waiting to see how the grass would grow, it has done well. We highly recommend Best Choice Landscaping.

I have a large yard with many trees. Fall clean-up is typically awful, so this year I decided to hire someone. The crew arrived promptly when they said they would. They did a phenomenal job. They blew and collected leaves from multiple garden beds and the front and back yards. My yard has never looked so good in the fall. I would definitely recommend and will use Best Choice Landscaping in the future.

I am very pleased with the work performed. Patio: The brick paver patio exceeded my expectations and seems to have been put together with great care. Many curves were included and it all fits together very well. Attention to detail was also seen in how the company did the perimeter of the patio and the perimeter around a window well area. Stone steps were included as well for the back door entry area at the recommendation of Best Choice and the steps look wonderful. Concrete pad: The pad seems to function as I would expect and 2 months after installation it still looks new with no chips or cracks. It is slopped where I can see water run in the desired direction away from the house and the crew was nice enough to add a little extra square footage beyond the quoted amount as well as to include a little portion as a walkway into a garage entry door. Flagstone steps: Again, as with the patio, the crew took care in laying out the flagstone steps and looking at different options to make them look and function just right. These were suggested by Best Choice as a alternative to a plain concrete sidewalk and I am very happy with the choice. It allows one to walk off the grass, but yet has a natural look and blends in well with the other features of the yard. Drainage: The drainage pipes are functioning well and they were done per specification in the quote. I specifically wanted no pop up valves due to freezing concerns and this was completed as requested. I did choose to go to a hardware store and added on grates where the water exits the pipe to avoid any issues of animales or debris, but this was simple to do and not specifically requested or quoted in the proposal by Best Choice. The overall yard drains seemingly as well as possible towards the middle back of the yard and then on out towards the rear of the yard as intended. In the past couple of months as I've observed heavy rainfall, the drainage works well and the area around the perimeter of the home seems dry as intended. My overall experience for this job was favorable. I felt the price was generous and had high expectations for quality as a result and feel Best Choice delivered on that expectation. Having used Best Choice for other work as well I have confidence in the companies ability to deliver a quality service.

everything went well as expected, work looked great and a couple things were changed afterwards to get it exactly how we wanted it.

The service turned out very well. I used them last year and this year for these same services. We pay at the start of the season for a full season of applications. They are very good.
