ServiceMasterClean - Waupaca

ServiceMaster's team showed up during a very stressful time for us. Brenda, their head person, assured us everything would be ok. They packed up all of our belongings that had smoke or fire damage on them and took them to their place to clean. They tore out damaged carpet etc... and brought in their equipment and dried everything that was wet. They cleaned our entire house and suggested people to fix what was damaged. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. Their staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to never have to need their services again but if we do we would defiantly hire them again.

They arrived at my home to clean up after a fire, it took the tech several hours to arrive, due to a rain storm that was coming into the area I ended up putting up the boards that they were to do because they had to drive an hour and a half. It took them almost a week after the fire to finally clean up the water mess. It had been hot and muggy prior to their arrival so that meant the water had already seeped into several things. Then when asked what they were going to clean, they told us it would be the kitchen area, the bedrooms near the kitchen, since the fire had started in the kitchen. And had been contained in the kitchen. Once they had the initial clean up done, we had to be moving to another area leaving the homeowner to deal with the rest but before we left we asked the cleaning crew if they wanted us to move the remainder of our furniture out of the way. THey informed us that they would just clean the items and leave them there. when I sent my own mother and the homeowner to the house to check things, the house was empty, all the remaining furniture was thrown out and the cleaning crew acted like it was our fault the stuff was left behind. We had more than once offered to move items. It was bad enough it took them three weeks just to finish cleaning the small area of the kitchen since the fire was contained to the kitchen area. I am very upset over this because we ended up loosing everything and the company didn't even seem to care that it was all we had.

Terrible!!! The group of people working at my house complained about everything they had to do because they were tired and it was hot and they did feel like carrying boxes. They spent more time outside smoking cigarettes and on the phone than in my house. They never cleaned out the closets like they were supposed to. They kept our belongings longer than expected. They ruined our vacuum cleaner by putting the filter in wet and causing it to grow mold. They dropped dryall on our heat registers and busted them. They pressure washed the siding when they were told to use a brush and a bucket, now it is all streaky and looks like graffiti. The act as if it is no big deal. They had a second chance to make things right and they made it way worse.
