We were able to schedule an early am appointment. Crew arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time. Friendly, professional, and careful to vacuum up soot and ashes as they cleaned.

The work turned out great. They came just fine, showed up when they said they were going to show up and followed on what they said they were going to do. Their price was very reasonable and I was satisfied with their work.

I was very impressed that Jeff advised me to take an action that would not result in his getting a contract. How often do you run into this kind of honesty these days? I passed the advice along to the buyers and Jeff was kind enough to speak with them by phone, too. If I anyone I know needs someone to do chimney or fireplace work, I will definitely tell them to call Wisconsin Chimney Technicians!

We have used this company for the last 3 years. They do a great job and make sure that everything is cleaned up well. Nice man this time as have been in the past. He gave me tips on burning wood and what to watch for when buying wood.

We used the company 13 years ago when we bought this house. Of the dozen or so contractors we used at that time they earned our praise as doing the best overall job. We don't use the fireplace much, but after 13 years I thought it was time to have it looked at. I was happy to see they were "A" rated on Angie's List. Their quality was again wonderful.

He did an absolutely fabulous job. He told me a story about when he cleaned the chimney at the White House. He even offered to go to my friends school and tell the story about how he got to. He rearranged his schedule for us and was more than accommodating.

Jeff and Dale came within the window of time I expected and explained everything they would be doing. They brought drop cloths to cover the floor and took digital pictures of the chimney from the roof. They had to adjust the damper a few inches. The firebox was immaculate when they were done. I thought it might be pretty messy but when they were done the carpeting still looked clean. Jeff even gave my three year old a piece of red felt he found in the chimney that he guessed came from Santa's suit. They were very nice and very professional.

The person who came to do our estimate and eventually the work was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our fireplace is actually a furnace and therefore required very different cleaning and specifications when it was re-faced. He understood this and made excellent recommendations.

VERY ACCOMMODATING. WORK DONE AS PROMISED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET. I RECEIVED ESTIMATE TWO YEARS AGO AND WAITED UNTIL THIS FALL TO CONTRACT WORK. THE PRICE INCREASE SINCE ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS MODEST. THEY APPEARED CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT RECOMMENDING ONLY THE WORK REALLY NECESSARY AND PRESENTED IDEAS FOR PROLONGING THE LIFE OF THE CHIMNEY. THE STAINLESS STEEL CAPS THEY RECOMMENDED WERE VERY EXPENSIVE ($145 EACH) COMPARED WITH THOSE AVAILABLE FROM A HARDWARE STORE FOR A THIRD OF THAT PRICE AND I AM NOT SURE THEY WILL BE WORTH IT, BUT I DID NOT DO MY HOMEWORK ON THAT. MY BAD. THE CLEANING WAS DONE WITH NO MESS WHATSOEVER. I HAD A LITTLE EXTRA REPAIR DONE AND THEY DID IT WILLINGLY WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALL IN ALL, A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
