Description of Work: The guys gave an estmate over the phone and that's what we were charged. They cleaned our chimney which was a new construction home 13 years ago and had never been cleaned. It took abot an hour and I believe they did a good job. I would use them again. We asked about few other general fireplace questions and they seemed technically competent.

Description of Work: I waited 1 hour past time when they said they would arrive, since they were coming from Waukesha. They told it would still be at least another half hour. Because of traffic. I watched news all morning no traffic issues at all were reported of any size any it in no way takes an hour and a half to get from Waukesha to mequon. They were rude when I asked what happened. Amazing how they, can continue to lie. Their secretary was the one yelling at me. When I made the appt they told me they left their shop at. 8. And would be here as soon as possible, there is no way it takes an hour and a half to get to my house from Waukesha. I wouldn't do business with a company that can't tell the truth
