They are excellent. They provide very good service and are able to detect the problems quickly and also do the repairs.

They have been fantastic. They are real quick. I have been going there for 6 years and have always been very happy They will even pick me up and give me a ride home for no charge.

They do an inspection and replace only what actually needs replacement.

It was exceptional. They gave me an estimate and let me know before hand that it was going to be a little bit more than estimated. It was nice because they let me know instead of just going ahead with the work. As an apology on their part, they gave me a free oil change.

We had this car towed to D and D to get an estimate to get it road ready after sitting for years. They performed an evaluation and called us the next business day to explain what needed to be done and the pricing for each item. We told them to do the work and asked how long it would take. They told us the date it should be done and called on that day to tell us it was ready. We picked up the car the next day. David explained everything they did and the bill was exactly as described in the original estimate. The car runs and drives like new. I am definitely using these guys again. Very honest and straight forward company.

They are very good. I had taken the car for a brake job. They fixed what was going on. They were very good at explaining what the problem was. They took it through step-by-step. They really tried to limit the service to what they had to do, which is a good thing. They were very thorough, and the problem got fixed.

Dave of D & D Auto is honest and easy to work with. He is respectful of women who know very little about cars (me), and I have found him to be very trustworthy. The work he and his mechanics have done on my car over the past year has been high quality and worthy of anyone's business. I have no intention of ever going to another auto shop for work on my car and I highly recommend D & D Auto to others on Angie's list.

They are very professional and responsive. They are punctual and try to stick to the times that they give you.

I have been going to D&D for almost 4 years now. I take the car in about twice a year and Steve always remembers my name and usually our last subject of conversation (not car related). They always get me in as soon as possible, check with me before doing repairs, and answer my questions without being condescending. Their waiting area is comfortable and everyone is kind. We always receive a holiday card from them and this year they included TWO gift certificates for free oil changes (one for each of our cars) as well as two gift certificates to give to friends. We no longer live nearby but we still take our cars there thanks to the outstanding service.

It went smoothly and the staff was friendly. I had no problems. They called and gave me an estimate and that was the price I paid. I was happy with the finished product.

Had no heat and noticed coolant was leaking late Sunday. Called D&D first thing Monday morning and they said they to bring it in and they would look at it as soon as possible. By Monday afternoon, they called and said the leak appeared to be from the gasket and there was some weeping from the water pump. They gave me an estimate which was right on with the final cost. They also noticed some other parts that were in need of repair (springs and lower ball joints), which could be deferred. The job was started and the work was completed early Wednesday morning. The parts costs were reasonable (water pump - $66). Excellent communication, honest and friendly to talk with.

11 year old vehicle was shaking during driving and pulling severely to the left. D&D test drove the car and identified a number of fundamental problems. They repaired the car and changed it from nearly undriveable to like new. I can't believe how much better it drives now.

Repairs have always been to my satisfaction.

I dropped the car off at 4:30 pm and described the problem. I was astonished, when I got a call from Dave late the next morning, to tell me the car was done. I didn't know you could still get such friendly and timely service, at such a reasonable cost. All the work, I can't do myself is going there in the future.

We are very pleased with their work. They are honest and reliable. It was difficult to find someone we could trust and they are it. They are friendly and do what has to be done and nothing more. If there is something they find to fix they call before making the repair.

Called ahead of time and ordered the parts, Steve and David made sure the truck was in and out within just a couple of hours so we could get back to work. These guys are always great to work with; professional car care with exemplary service.

THEY HAVE SAVED US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEIR FOCUS ON INTEGRITY AND HONESTY. IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR WAUKESHA, THIS SHOULD BE YOUR SHOP. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES I WILL LET NEAR MY 1955 CHEVY DUALLY WHICH IS A MUSEUM QUALITY TRUCK OR ANY OF MY OTHER VEHICLES. WHEN IT COMES TO HIGH DOLLAR INVESTMENTS YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TRUST TO KEEP THEIR VALUE - D & D DOES JUST THAT! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH.

HE KNOWS THAT I USE MY CAR IN MY BUSINESS, AND HAS DROPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING TO FIX MINE IN AN EMERGENCY. HE ALSO KNOWS HOW VITAL MY WIFE'S CAR IS IN PICKING UP THE KIDS FROM SCHOOL, ETC., AND GETS IT DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, EVEN DROPPING HER BACK HOME WHEN SHE TAKES IT IN SO SHE WON'T HAVE TO WAIT THERE IF HE CAN'T DO IT IMMEDIATELY. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY HONEST AND REASONABLE, AND BECAUSE HE KNOWS I DO A FAIR AMOUNT OF THE WORK ON MY CARS, HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND GIVEN ME THE OPTION OF DOING IT MYSELF TO SAVE MONEY. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM HIGHER, AND THE HUGE AMOUNT OF OLD CUSTOMERS THAT STOPPED BY HIS NEW SHOP A FEW YEARS AGO DURING AN OPEN HOUSE WERE EQUALLY PLEASED IN THE WORK HE HAD DONE FOR THEM.
