Anytime Garage Doors

They were very good. I think they did good all the way around. I mean, they were in and out in no time. I didn't even have to be there. We called around and the price was average. It is just that they could get at it quicker than anybody else, that's basically why we had them. You can always do better on price. The quality was good, I mean, they just oiled and adjust stuff so how can you really grade them on quality when they didn't really replace anything. Their responsiveness was very good; they were here within the week. Their punctuality was good. I wasn't around when they did the work.

After a power outage I was worried that I might have damaged my door opener because this was the first time I had to disengage the trolley to close/open the door manually and I wasn't sure if I did it the right way. To play it safe, I had Anytime come by to check it. Everything checked out fine, but I was glad to have peace of mind with the kiddos in and out of the garage with their toys. He also adjusted a small part and showed me how to manually operate the door in the event of another power outage. I appreciated the quick response as well. I contacted them on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday. Thanks!

Spring broke on garage door on Christmas Eve, called up the company Christmas Eve morning and they were out that morning to fix the door. I was out running errands so they came in through the service door and did most of the work while I was out. Came home a few hours later to a properly functioning garage door. Would use them again in the future to repair or replace my garage door.

Repair guy called ahead letting me a time he was going to arrive. Arrived on time. I had one spring broken, he replaced both. Did the job in 25mins.

The gentleman who did the work was prompt, explained to me what he was going to do. He oiled all necessary areas and adjusted the chain that was off the track. Explained that the gasket would need to be replaced next winter. He was pleasant to work with. The price was a good deal.

I bought this service for my daughter with a coupon from Angie's list and was contacted promptly for an appointment. We were able to schedule it quickly and worker who came out was on time and very helpful. He was thorough in his checking over the unit and skilled in making some vital repairs and the needed maintenance. The older garage door in an old garage now runs very smoothly.

Very professional. Quickly returned my call and had someone out to fix the job on the spot. And in 15 degree weather! They did not try to upsell or convince me I needed any more than the fix they performed. We will have to replace the door soon and I will definitely give these guys a call when we do!

My experience was very good. They took a while to get things coordinated, as far as times and everything, but once he was able to get it done, he did a very good job on both, and it was a very good price as well for both things. The dislike was trying to get it coordinated because of my schedule and his schedule, but one we got that done, he did the work quickly, and efficiently.

Except for having to wait for the workers, the job was done quickly and efficiently. I think that the workers expected me to have some things for their use that they should have alerted me about. Or they could have provided those things. They left some metal pieces laying around that I had to clean up however and I wasn't thrilled with sweeping up after them in a cold garage but they were not awful. I was supposed to remove some large nails after a few days from the trim but was not able to do so. The owner was called and stopped over within the hour to remove the nails.
