I called for an estimate and Dann came out the next day. He explained the process: that his team would clean the driveway (by hand in the areas affected by mulberries and dripping sap) and then carefully apply the coating - by hand in areas where care is needed to protect property. I reviewed multiple estimates and called Dann to schedule. We agreed on a time two days later. Dann's crew arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned my driveway and applied the seal coating carefully. Dann checked in with me as they were packing up, gave me recommendations regarding drying time, etc. He asked that I contact him if I had any concerns or if it rained and his team would return and reapply as needed. Dann was professional and friendly - and the driveway looks great. I was thoroughly satisfied.
