Description of Work: | The cleaning of my air ducts FANTASTIC and I can see the difference on my furniture.... no dust! | I am very happy with that service | | The grout cleaning came out fine, not quite as good as I had hoped but I think maybe some parts won't ever look like new again. This was a mudroom floor and the heavy used area did not come out as well as the less used area. I cannot say if the fault was the steam cleaners or my grout.

Description of Work: Never contacted me. I called the number on their website. The person who answered seemed bothered by my very basic questions related to the service call. He readily suggested that I contact a company that specializes in more complicated duct systems instead of answering my questions. They may do good work, but I will not be one of their customers.

Description of Work: Very good work. Quick and efficient. I was hoping that my years of stains would totally disappear but the didn't. They recommended I get a darker stain in the grout in the future as it is a high traffic kitchen area.

Description of Work: They were very professional, and on time. It's just that the steam cleaning didn't work. My wife and I are cleaning the grout by hand with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Difference is night and day.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal through Angie's list to have our basement carpets cleaned prior to selling our house. The carpets were cleaned quickly, thoroughly and all of the spills and stains were removed. Great job!

Description of Work: They were very nice people to work with and did a great job. We had a little trouble with scheduling - they were expected between 10 and 11:30 and I received a phone call at 11 that they would be arriving mid-afternoon instead.

The rating for punctuality was C since they were an hour and a half late (they called to let me know they would be late) because of a problem with the job they had just before mine. They were nice and professional.

Description of Work: Cleaned all vents in my home. Having never had the vents in my home cleaned before, I would say that the service provided was good. They did their work quickly and were professional throughout their time in my home.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly if not prior to scheduled time. They were professional & did a good job along with explaining some procedures they were doing and better ways for me to cleans approaches to carpeting as these areas get dirtier faster. I also had them do an area rug. I was very pleased

Description of Work: They cleaned the living room and hall carpet for $99 which was the 'special' they were having.We did see a different company advertising 3 rooms for I think $87 a week or two later,but who knows? Overall I would definitely use A-1 again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts in our new house. The men that came got the job done in a timely manner. My only complaint was with the scheduling. There was some miscommunication with the initial scheduling, I am assuming it was because they were heading to a job due to my hearing the GPS in the background. The second issue was when I called to confirm our location, their secretary called back apologized and set us up with a another team. Overall, what I needed done was done and done well.

Description of Work: Quality products were used. "Helper" was friendly and competant. Owner much less so. It was "quick in-quick out". Not open to even a "minimum pass on outter edge of one carpet without changing an extra $10.
