Description of Work: They were very professional, but unfortunately the floor grout doesn't look any different than it did before he came. I hesitate to give a bad rating since I don't know why the floors are the same as before. I don't remember him saying they can't be cleaned.

Description of Work: I really like them for carpet cleaning, but the air duct cleaning did not go as well as the carpet cleaning. They left some vents with the screws stripped, so the vent fell out. The lead person doing the vent cleaning was very polite, but the other person seemed impatient and demanding. I had to drag my water hose out of a shed to give them a water supply - would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
