Description of Work: I would recommend A1 Quality Steam Carpet to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Lance is the owner and he did a great job of giving me an uncomplicated estimate, applied the discount as listed on Angie's list, and the final bill was the estimated price even though I asked for an additional area to be cleaned which was not requested in the initial estimate. Lance offers a protector applied to the carpet after it was cleaned that was reasonably priced compared to a national carpeting cleaning company I contacted which estimated a protector applied to the carpet at half the price of the total bill. The carpets looked great and they are 8 years old. Clean again!

I contacted Lance at 9:45am and asked if he could squeeze us in so that we could still make a 2:00pm doctor appointment. He was at our house by 12:30 and out the door by 1:20. Did a better job than the last company and left our carpet looking revitalized. We look forward to using A-1 Quality Steam in the future.
