A-1 Quality Steam

I called the service for air duct cleaning to a small cottage rental we had that was over a 100 years old. They were able to come in 2 days to perform the work. TRhey arrived in the time area we agreed upon and they were able to do the work to the air ducts and return vents in a clean, timely manner. We were able to do other work we had while they performed the work, and they did not leave any dust or grime behind. They found some old toy pieces and an old coin that went way back, but when they left we had nicely cleaned vents! They cleaned their equipment putside and didn't leave any mess for us, so I was very satisfied with the amount of time they needed to do the work and the good job in getting the ducts in good working shape!

They did a really good job. We were very pleased with them. We had three rooms done and some furniture. Their prices were fair. I felt the guy was courteous, prompt, and friendly. I thought he did a thorough job. I thought his prices were very fair compared to other people that we have used.

They arrived right on time, and efficiently started on the lower floor, moving up. There were several large sofas with cushions and pillows. I was glad that their extraction process was so good--the pillows were not over wet after they finished. The rugs and carpets are very clean and smell great. They even cleaned a couple of runners in my garage that I hadn't asked them to, for free! Lance and his helper were polite, worked steadily, and were very professional and competent. His experience really shows.

They arrived right on time, were courteous and professional. They were careful of the furniture and other items in the area where they cleaned the carpet and rugs. The results were outstanding--very clean, got out pesky spots, and the rugs and carpet look and smell great!

They did an excellent job! They were able to remove stains in my carpet that I thought would never come out! Definitely my 1st choice for both services!

They did a nice job, the floors dried quickly except where deep stains needed to be treated. They were able to get the stains out. We're planning to have them come back and clean the remaining rooms in the house.

I purchased a "Big Deal", called for my appointment and waited. I was informed that the deal only included 12 vents and that each additional vents would be additional fee. The charge was nominal and I felt fair. Work was completed as described. Nothing more, nothing less. Overall a very good value.

I contacted the owner to set up an appointment for carpet cleaning for the following week. The morning of the appointment, after an hour went by, I called and he had forgotten about the job. He did show up 1/2 hour later. He cleaned the carpets fine, but didn't put anything under the furniture when is was put back in place--we have a couch, love seat, corner table and end table. As everything is wooden, I thought it strange. When it came time to settle the bill, I handed him the receipt from purchasing the coupon. He complained that he was forced to offer these and that he didn't make any money on these types of jobs. I haven't used Angies List since and an leery of buying a "special" if I have to deal with a sour provider.

Excellent job - very responsive to my call, were able to fit me in quickly, arrived on time, did a very thorough job. I was very happy with their work and would use them again without hesitation. I have recommended them to others wholeheartedly.

Once they arrived, the team did a great job. They were professional and quick. However, they said they would be at my house at 9:00, but they didn't arrive until 11:30.

I was nervous about having my furniture cleaned. But after searching Angie's List, I selected A-1 Quality because of the location and the positive feedback that was given on this company. i contacted A-1 about cleaning my furniture. I wanted it done before I had my new carpet installed. Lance gave me a quote and I scheduled the cleaning. Because I work close to home, we agreed that Lance would call me when he left his prior appointment so I could meet him at my house. Lance and his partner went right to work. In less than two hours all the pieces were cleaned (some had to be gone over more than once). Lance's partner also cleaned a large stain that was on my carpet because it bothered him! If I would have seen the work that they did ahead of time, I probably would have thought twice about buying a new carpet.

He does quality work and is great for my strange carpet cleaning jobs.

Very well. Lance was responsive when we called to set up the appointment, came when scheduled, did the work as discussed, did a good job, was easy to get along with and all at a good price.

Very responsive. Wanted to come early for the appointment and called to coordinate. Very professional - suggested a small additional service fee, which we were happy to do the add-on while having the rooms cleared. Carpet looks great & feels the same (after an additional vacuuming) as prior to the cleaning. Very happy with the overall experience.

They were punctual and did the job at a fair price

John did a terrific job. He was punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. I had a couple problem stains that he was able to improve. They were well-set stains and I was not expecting a miracle. I will definitely use his service in the future.

Lance Johns arrived on time and cleaned my stairway carpeting and bedroom carpeting. Both areas were cleaned beyond my expectations. Mr. Johns was courteous and acted in a professional manner. He was thorough in his work leaving all areas clean and neat before leaving the job. I will definitely use A1 Quality Steam Carpet in the future and will recommend his services.

Lance managed to remove all stains. A carpet that we were sure would need to be replaced now looks just fine. Lance was thorough and efficient.
