When I contacted them they were very friendly and we set a date for a week later. They arrived on time and did a marvelous job. They cleaned the couch, wiped up the floor and were gone within half an hour. They were pleasant and friendly.

Love this Company...Love this Team! I made the initial appointment with Jennifer and she was courteous, pleasant and accommodating. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They were able to accommodate my date/time request within the week. Lance and John arrived within the window of time promised. We went over the work to be performed and set realistic expectations. Throughout the process I listened and observed, noting Lance was training John and I can tell you John is lucky to have such a good mentor as he was being trained in a most thorough and professional manner so as to learn how to get the job done properly. And they did! In the most soiled areas, and on the steps, they scrubbed by hand and with a brush and not just the vacuum. They exceeded my expectations and I appreciated their respect and compliments of my home. They both thanked me for inviting me into my home. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you to Angie's List as well for giving me the confidence in choosing this service.

Did not respond to two email requests to arrange visit. Finally connected via phone to schedule service. Arrived late but did a great job. Very professional work.

When the carpet dried it still looked as if it needed another clean. They were very quick and I think the carpet needed pretreatment.

They were on time and did a good job. All stains came out and the carpets are much cleaner.

These people were very nice and they did a super job. Our carpet has traffic patterns and they were able to clean most of that up with extra effort on their part. I would use them again.

From scheduling to completion, A-1 was great. Professional, responsive, and flexible. We had them clean a couch in addition to several rooms worth of carpeting. Couldn't be happier.

They scheduled the appointment quickly. They came on time. They were friendly and quick. They got the floor almost looking like new, but there were a couple spots where the grout was just too stained to get it back to white. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome and would hire them again if we need our floor grout cleaned.

The two gentlemen were polite; the lead (?) a bit gruff, complained that they had to come out this far ... strange. They came out on time and as it was an online deal, the rate for a certain square footage was $99.00. The gentleman who did the actual cleaning seemed to be experienced and was very polite. Just a strange experience, I think what they did may have been adequate, nothing more. We moved all the furniture that could be moved to make it easier for them, the lead man seemed, maybe grumpy, they did not use plastic or aluminum under any of the larger pieces and said they would not move the couch, or chairs. In the past carpet cleaners I had used, slid the couch and chairs out, cleaned under them and then pushed them back. This was an unusual experience, but would not use this company again.

Due to the age of my home I was not able to use the deal, however they were very nice and honest.

The service went very well. We had already moved out of our apartment so the place was empty and the job went quickly. The big deal included only 3 areas of cleaning, so we added on an extra bedroom for $20. I feel it was a good bargain and we were very impressed with the job. There was one stain that remained on the carpet, but we had lived in the apartment for 6 years and otherwise the other areas were perfect. We're not sure what the stain was that didn't come out, but it was barely noticable so we didn't feel it needed a follow-up cleaning.

They arrived as promised and did a good job in a short period of time. We used the advertised special and were happy with the overall service.

Lance and his assistant arrived about an hour late, but that was the only downside to the experience. They were quick and professional, They agreed that soap had been left in the foyer and dining area, so they pre-treated these areas and other places that needed it. They moved through the house quickly, but I think they were thorough. My other cleaner had worked alone, and it took several hours to do the carpets. This team was amazingly fast and the carpet looked great. I was used to having guards put under all the legs of the furniture while the carpet was drying. A-1 only put a few down. I called them about this and they stopped back with some more the same day. I positioned these myself. They also did not replace all the furniture in the sun room. I did this after the carpet dried. I'm not sure if they generally use fewer guards than my previous cleaner, Basem, who put guards under everything. But in retrospect, it didn't seem to matter. The carpet dried fine and there were no marks, even where guards weren't used. I suspect that Lance and his assistant were short of time or were working quickly because they gave us such a great price! It was about half of what I usually spend because of an Angie's List special. So I'm not complaining. The best part, however, is that the carpet has stayed a lot cleaner than it did with my previous cleaner. They definitely got out all the soap, leaving a lovely, almost like new carpet.

This was an excellent experience! The appointment was easily made and followed up on the morning of. The 2 man crew arrived right on time and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome. The carpet in one room was very dirty but they were able to make it look much better. I'd like to replace the carpet in this room and this bought me a little more time to make a decision. I took advantage of an Angie's List deal for this work. Highly recommend!

The team of 2 guys from A1 worked efficiently and did a great job steam cleaning my carpets. They never looked better!

On arrival they began immediately and upon completion left the bathroom in perfect condition. They were friendly, courteous and I would be happy to use them again. I am very satisfied with the job.
