A-1 Quality Steam Carpet service was awesome. The owner & one of his workers came in and they worked effortlessly to remove all of the old stains that were in my carpet for years. This company has done the best work that I have EVER seen versus the competitor carpet cleaners that I have used in the past. They were very efficient with their time , and the carpets looked practically new by the time they were done cleaning them! I only wish I had known about them years ago, I could have saved myself a lot of time and money. I will definitely be contacting them again to clean my carpets and to clean the carpeting in my vehicle. I can't praise them enough. They did an AWESOME job!!!!!!!!!!!

They opened all registers in the house and steam cleaned every location in the house and cleaned the long runs in the basement. They were on time and performed the work in a professional manner.

It was an average job because I have since had other companies out for steam cleaning that I was happier with. However, they were certainly on time, professional, and quick. What stood out was that I bought the coupon that had been on Angie’s List for a really long time and they neglected to take it off and they meant to but they still honored it. They probably didn’t even realize it was still available to consumers so I appreciated that they honored it.

They were nice to work with. They did a very nice job. They cleaned up after themselves. We had no complaints. It was nice to see a service provider come in and do the work that was promised with the Big Deal. They did exactly what the coupon said.

The service turned out to be fine. They were prompt and fulfilled the expectations. I never had a steam cleaning done and I always went with traditional kinds of soap. I don't have an opinion of what's better. They cleaned up after themselves and put things away. They were in and out here within no time at all. They were very quick. The big deal was for $99 and the steam protector was $15. The price was very reasonable. I never had that work done before, so don't know about the quality of the cleaning. The owner was very quick to call me back. They were able to schedule within a short time frame.

A-1 Quality Steam Carpet was amazing, the difference that it made on my kitchen floor. I have white slate flooring and 5 children including 3 teenage boys so there is not a good time to ever clean my floor. He did a wonderful job. I've never had a slat floor before and he said the grout is very poor and he said sometimes even immediately after you spill something, you won't be able to get that grout out. Anyone who's come in to my kitchen can't believe it's the same house, it was just phenomenal. I will use him on a regular basis from now on. He was just super. He explained everything, my husband was home and I was working but I happen to come home just as we was leaving and he went through everything again with me. He really worked hard to get that floor as clean as he could. He was just a very,very nice guy.

They were really good. They were here when they said they were going to be and they were fast. My only issue was that the carpets were really bad, so it took a while for the carpets to dry out afterwards. I would still have them back in a heartbeat.

They were prompt and thorough. We showed them the special offer pieces and the additional work, they gave us a quote and commenced with the cleaning. They handled the furniture with care and picked up after themselves. The two workers were polite and conscientious

Being a business owner has taught me how important it is to spread the word when you find a company that does a great job. Lance (owner) comes out to every job to clean carpets, stairs, furniture, etc... I was at the point where I thought that I was going to have to replace the way too light of carpet that we put in when we built our house 7 yrs ago. He did a great job of getting it clean. He even came out twice. I have a large sectional sofa and had him do 4 bedrooms & my living room. It was app 1000 sq feet of carpet + the sofa & it was only $230.00 for everything. I was pleasantly surprised & will definitely be using them again!

The two-man family team arrived on time, and took great care in prepping badly soiled areas of carpeting. They went the extra mile in doing a superior job of cleaning carpeting: it looks almost like new! I would recommend A-1 Quality Steam Carpet to anyone without reservation.

This was wonderful. We have been in our house for 35 years and had never done this. It made an incredible difference in the quality of our indoor air. I have allergies and often woke with a headache when the heat was on. This is no longer a problem. Great work by a very professional team.

The service was professional and excellent.

They did a great job. They steam cleaned the carpet in four rooms. It did not cost anything additional. I moved furniture beforehand. I used them in August last year. I moved the furniture back. I would give them top marks.

We would recommend A-1 to everyone who is in need of carpet or duct cleaning. They were right on time, professional throughout the process and kept us updated as they were making their way around our home. We have a large home and also had relatives in from California. Even our guests remarked how courteous and professional they were. Great job!!

Purchased a big deal back in April. Called a month later to schedule an appointment. I believe I talked with the owner Lance. He offered an appointment time around 9:30am. I asked if it was possible to schedule for mid-afternoon because of my work schedule. That didn't seem to go well because he starting going on about why he schedules in the morning and how small the profit margin was. I realize that it's difficult for small businesses and his time is valuable, but as a customer, my time is valuable as well and I had already paid for the service, so I didn't have much of a choice. I told him that this was the first time that I was having this kind of service done and didn't know what to expect. He then became a little more accommodating and offered to come earlier, between 8 and 8:30. I agreed to this. Lance called 1/2 hr. ahead of time and arrived promptly at 8:30 and performed the services requested. He was cordial and efficient. It took around 45 minutes.

Lance and his associate showed up on time, did the job with dispatch (including treating some pretty bad spots), and were friendly and professional in all ways. I have neither complaints nor quibbles.
