Excellent response. Scott is very professional and completes a clean job. A little too much up-selling.

This company has very high prices, please get multiple bids before hiring them! They brag about a warranty and customer service, and then price gouge and offer financing. They also charged $59 for a bid, unlike any other company I contacted. We ended up paying another highly rated company about 1/5th what In Phase bid, got more work done, and passed our inspection without a problem. I contacted them to explain that their $59 fee and crazy high bid wasted my time, they have not even tried to communicate or refund the money we wasted.

Scott did a great job explaining what he was going to do and why he was doing it. The office staff does a great job with communication/appointment reminders. One small criticism is they do a little too much up-selling, but it's nothing high pressure.

I don’t really have a comparison for value for money. I can speak for what I believe to be quality workmanship. They also found issues with my wiring that they were able to repair. I had spa wiring installed and connected and also had them wire for a backup generator. Both technicians were great to talk to and were happy to explain things at my level of understanding.

The tech was professional and did all the right things, he was on time. The service to repair 2 wall switches that were related to the same problem took about 75 minutes. Material cost for 2 switches retail should have been about $50-$60. I was charged $680 for this repair. This included a $59 trip charge. I think the total bill was outrageous and about 3 times what it should have been. Buyer beware.

I initially contracted for a relatively small project. But during the routine safety inspection, we found a significant safety issue. In Phase worked with me on the issue, gave me a fair estimate, and worked to get the repair scheduled very quickly. They did a great job and I would work with them again.

InPhase electric was wonderful! The ladies on the phone were friendly and helpful. Jim our tech was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took time to make friends with our dog! The job was quick and clean and Jim was very thorough. Would definitely welcome InPhase back into my home for future projects!

Was somewhat taken back at the estimate but after the work was completed I was thrilled! It's amazing how the lighting has enhanced the overall look of the kitchen!!

I had misread my own test intruments and the contact was unnecessessary. The agent noted my error and no service was performed. He verified the conclusion and reported honestly, rather than using my error for profit. I have confidence in their business.

Dan was outstanding he walk through the house made some suggestions but did not pressure me in anyway. I have added more work for them to do. Great company
