Hello, my name is Phil. I am the GM here at Stramowski Heating and I would like to, personally, apologize for the late response to this message and what took place. Our technician used improper codes out of his price book which caused the issue. As a result of this complaint, we had special training to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. We also discussed proper manners when discussing options with customers. I would recommend to anyone reading this that if you feel that something is wrong with our price quotes or our technicians behavior that you contact me immediately so that I can more quickly resolve the issue(s). This particular incident occurred on May 12th, 2012 and wasn’t reported until November 19th, 2012. The service date indicated is represented incorrectly as September 10th 2012. I feel that all issues can be resolved to the satisfaction of our customer regardless of the situation; however, you should always call first because I, and everyone else here at Stramowski Heating will do whatever we can to ensure that our customers are happy and leave good reports here at Angie’s List. I don’t think that this homeowner is satisfied and she shouldn’t have to have paid for what she got. I would encourage her to contact our office to discuss the issue further and receive a full refund for her troubles.
