Description of Work: We have been customers for many years and always trusted them. However, since one of the twins work part time and we were shuffled to a women doctor, we began a series of incompetence. She would tell us how much things cost and could not find a problem without them. I had a better idea for a diagonosis. Our dog is still sick and suffering.

Description of Work: I WILL NOT GO THERE TO BOARD OR USE VET EVER AGAIN- SENT THEM A LETTER INFORMING THEM OF THIS. THE VETS ARE GOOD BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE, THE OFFICE STAFF ARE NOT. I BOARDED MY TWO DOGS THERE, PICKED ONE UP IN THE MORNING AND THE OTHER IN THE AFTERNOON (THAT DOG HAD DENTAL WORK DONE.) NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THE ONE I PICKED UP HAD INJURED THE OTHER ONE SO THAT HE NEEDED STITCHES. I HAD ALSO CALLED THEM BEFORE PICKING HIM UP AND NO ONE MENTIONED IT. HIS TAIL WAS BANDAGED ALSO (SINCE HIS TAIL IS LONG AND WAS PROBABLY CAUGHT IN THE CAGE DOOR) ANYWAY THEY DID NOT TELL US RIGHT A WAY WHEN WE PICKED HIM UP EITHER AND WE WAITED WHAT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER TO SPEAK TO A VET BEFORE THEY WOULD TELL US ANYTHING OR GIVE US OUR DOG. THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT CHARGES AT THAT TIME BUT A COUPLE MONTHS LATER WE RECEIVED A BILL FOR THE STITCHING AND $10.OO FOR TAIL WRAPPING AND LATE FEE!!, WE HAD NEVER RECEIVED A BILL PRIOR TO THAT. ALSO THE OFFICE STAFF MORE THAN ONCE MIXED UP OUR RECORDS
