Inconsistent. Sometimes I had a good driver and sometimes the driver did a poor job. After one snow this winter the driver plowed the snow up to my front stoop leaving me very little room to get in and out of the house. If I did not have my own tractor I am not sure what I would have done as I could not have shoveled a four foot bank out of the way. I did not call them about it to give them the opportunity to make it right and do feel they would have sent someone out to fix the problem. In a complaint about a plowing last year they did deduct the price from my bill so they do stand behind their work. I just don't want to have the plowing done so poorly that I have to call sometimes. I did get a great driver the next time and requested him every time and the plowing was much better. He plowed the whole driveway and piled it where it was out of the way. Very happy with it. I canceled the service today when I opened my last bill. The normal cost of plowing was $40.00 and this time there was a charge of $80.00 for the snowfall of February 7 saying it was excessive snow, therefore double the fee. I do not consider a 6-8 inch snow excessive winter snowfall in Wisconsin. I can not afford nor do I consider it a good value to plow my short straight driveway for that cost so I have canceled my service. I was surprised that when I canceled my service that I did not hear from them again. I thought they might have called to see why I canceled.

Good work. Did a nice job of explaining what they were going to do and provided good instructions for aftercare. Friendly and enjoyed working with them. Seemed pricey for the work they did but another company's bid was even higher.

We signed the contract on a Friday and first thing Saturday morning they were there with about 14 guys. They did as much as they could. They were then back the following week and finished up everything. They cleaned up as best and possible and did a great job with the landscaping - color mixed with with privacy.
