Came at appointed time, completed treatments within specified time. Good communications with phone calls and written directions. Pricey but none of these treatments are inexpensive.

Description of Work: The servicer was nice enough but ran a little late. However, the products used did NOT resolve the problems. Cost is way too high, especially when the products don't work. Will call and see if they can come out and hopefully resolve the problems.

Description of Work: Obviously the value of pest control services can't be measured immediately after the initial treatment is applied, but they were very responsive since the initial inquiry. One negative was that we weren't anticipating the need to wash all the windows after they sprayed, but I suppose it makes sense. Fair warning up front would have been nice.

Description of Work: Very friendly and responsive about coming out to look at pest problem. I didn't select them as they wanted me to sign up for a year's worth of service before even coming out. After refusing that, they did offer a one-time service.

Description of Work: Heard small critters in our attic. Their guy came on time, checked the attic, basement, home perimeter. Found tunneling from mice in attic. Set bait and traps in attic and at the sill plate in basement. Said that it would take a little time for the mice to find the bait - about 3 weeks max, and that if we heard them again, to call Batzner back. We can still hear them, so we'll be calling them back. Was not happy about paying close to $500 to get a 12 month warranty. If you don't sign up for their monthly payment plan, they don't promise anything. For about $300, we could have chosen a 60 or 90 day plan, but the $500 plan meant they would come back and treat for wasps/hornets, etc in summer. Was told that, if it wasn't a mouse problem but a squirrel problem, that's a whole new ball game involving traps that would cost $45/day for multiple days and hiring a qualified trapper. I'm not an environment hater, but it seemed like they wanted to use a product that was SO natural that was geared for them to have to come back again and again, so they could get another year contract. We'll see.
