Description of Work: Tim, from Batzner, came out to do an inspection of the house and yard for a suspected rodent problem. He was friendly, professional and a wealth of knowledge. He provided me with helpful information and also the importance of communicating with my neighbors so we could all work together in combating the problem. I was very impressed and decided to go with their program for the year. They have already been out to followup and I feel much more "at ease" now that the issue is being addressed.

Description of Work: Used heat treatment in bedrooms and living room. Then used chemical spray for bedbugs. One month after treatment the dog came through to confirm bedbugs were gone. On time, professional, effective treatment.

Description of Work: It went fine very pleasant man came. It did not work. I had a mouse problem. I still have a mouse problem. I have seen them in my living quarters and found them in my garage. he was reluctant to put baits in the garage. I have a ranch home with an attached garage=part of my house. He finally said ok. I will put one on each side. I haven't seen dead ones in the garage either, just live mice. I am wondering if the poison was strong enough. I had some small holes I am working on and he put some fiberglass in the hole, however I am being charged for spraying of spiders montl also. I do not recommend this company. Also I would have had to wait tree weeks before I got the service call. I had to really beg they come sooner. There wasn"t anyone available. If I could request a refund I would. When I called, I was told basically it was a done deal. I am not happy at all.

Description of Work: They went thru entire house - in and outside. Treated affected areas. Plugged all small holes for rodents. Took pictures of larger holes so we could correct/fix them ourselves. Signed up for year contract - they just emailed me yesterday to set up apt for next svc.
