Great. The services techs have been timely and very courteous. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend.

i did request call via the web site but didn't get a response. I called and the receptionist apologised and the next day someone came He was very complete in his check up. He filled several possible entrance sites After a week I continued trapping mice so I called again and somebody came out the next day and filled in a few more holes. He also advised getting solid insulation from basement foundation to floor of house. I have not seen or heard a mouse since then, which is over a month. It is a requirement to sign a yearly contract which includes a spring and fall spraying for other insects and pests..It is worth a dollar a day to have no mice!!

Not asI had hoped. After 5 weeks I still found mice droppings. They can not come back for another 2 weeks.

They fixed the problem and did some preventative steps to keep them out in the future.

They were great - which is why we decided to keep their services on a year-round plan.

They've been always very good for us. I've used them before they were on the list. They're so nice. I never had a problem. I actually had the weed guy come to my home because he couldn't solve the problem and he came up with the plan and he finally fixed it. I didn't use them through Angie's List but I think they are a really good company. I would give them a B plus only because we haven't had any real big problem. There have just been very standard stuff right now, and I think a B plus is a good grade. I think I'll just leave it as a B right now because we really just had very standard stuff and the price just didn't go up and we've been with them probably for over 20 years. It would be nice if we were with them that long and we did a get a price break. They come out four times and then they come out every the nth row. The problem I had that sometimes they get here late because they're so busy and then you might have one service and then they come back two months later and do another service. It's like, "Whoa, you said quarterly, so that means you should come every three months not two months later I'm getting another spraying." If I'm paying that much money, I want an annual service. One time, I even said to them and they said they wanted to come out the winter service and I said, "Well you were just here for fall two weeks ago." And, I was like, "Winter service, are you kidding me?" I said, "I'm not ready for that. That wouldn't even do value for me." So, then they put it up until December. So, I guess I was disappointed in sometimes their schedule. They've gotten so big that I just don't think that should happen. I can honestly say that all the personnel I would say, out of ten people we've liked let's say at least eight of them. So, in the 20 years, if you had ten people coming, I would say 80 percent of them had been amazing people. Every now and then you get some feedback, "Oh I don't know how to do that." And it's, "Whoa, you said you worked there three years. You should know how to do that." They sent a woman at one time and she couldn't even do something that's needed to do and my husband had to help her and I really felt like that's not right. They usually do come right away. They will put on booties when they come in the house which is really nice because they've been in all these pest environments.

The company responded immediately to my email and the Service Professional was scheduled to arrive in days. Brant Allen was absolutely the person you would want. He spent a few hours with us, he not only explains the problems but offered ideas and solutions. He was experienced, professional and very knowledgeable.

The office person on the phone was very helpful, answering all my questions and scheduling my appointment. The exterminator that came out was on time, friendly and informative. He took care of the nests and treated the entire exterior of he house to ensure all pests were gone and will not return. Company guarantees the work until the end of the year. I was very satisfied with this company and the work done.

Excellent! I don't think we are to the point of needing Batzner to come up by us yet but they helped us identify a beetle that we had in our bathroom. We have not seen the Beetles since a few days ago but if they do come back I will for sure keep Batzner in mind to come out for their services and for any other bug problems we may have down the road. Deb was very friendly, helpful and responsive to my questions.

The service arrived in the set window of time previously set. The gentleman was very professional and did a very thorough check of the inside and outsid foundations of the house. He noted 5 outside openings into my house that had not been addressed by my previous pest control company. He spent a total of 3 hours setting up traps and filling in the outside holes and ro forcing the inside openings. was so pleased that I left my last company and went with this professional company.

Jon came out to address a mouse issue we have been having. Jon explained what he was going to do and performed the service well. A week later we no longer hear the mice.

She was very professional and thorough. She spent almost 2 hours here setting bait stations and looking for evidence and ways in.

I don't know because they only attempted to contact me once when they knew I wasn't available.

I called Batzner because I found a dead mouse and some droppings in the basement. Bob came out to house on time & did an exterior and interior inspection - also went up into the attic. He was very nice, professional & explained a lot. He also let me know that some of the droppings were actually from a chipmunk. He placed several rodent traps in the basement, attic and a bait station outside. He also found a couple holes outside that he filled where critters could get into the house. He explained everything & let me know what to watch for over the next couple weeks & let me know to call again if I see any activity after a couple weeks and he would come back out and see what's going on & re-treat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - very happy with the service!

It was okay. I've used them for years. Everything was fine. I have no complaints at all. The bugs and the ants are gone. They were on time. I wouldn't use them in the future because I sold the house.

I've been using Batzner since I moved into my house 1 year ago and seem to have disrupted some ants, which have been very unpleasant!! Batzner has gotten this right under control, and has found some mice in the basement, which they also have gotten rid of. The tech have been great, taking the time to explain everything very thoroughly and showing me what was found and where it was coming from. In the beginning, I had to call them back between visits and they were happy to do it, which was explained was part of the treatments and could be expected. I see this as great value as well.

They set a trap. Checked it twice. Didn't catch anything. They said that was all that they could do. Then they tell me, oh you have a hole in your eaves. I said, can you do anything about that. They said, no.

From initial contact thru Angie's List to first service, we found the experience to be professional. Following the scheduling of the initial appt, we received a confirmation email with the name and photo of the control-professional visiting our home. He spent about 2 hours mediating the know and unknown pest issues and setting of bait traps. He also advised on what to expect and what we could do to manage future problems. Great professionalism at every touch-point of this service experience.

didn't listen to my request. charged for a service I didn't want or get. trying to get them to stop charging my credit card but have no luck.

The exterminator, Scott, was knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to my dad, who is 83. Scott did a through job of going through the house and sealing 6 points of entry that were open for mice. He walked through the contract and openly said for my dad to call the number at anytime if he sees anything or has concerns of pest or rodents on the premises. For the annual cost Scott will be doing 4 onsite inspections/treatments, plus we can call at anytime. Scott himself was great to work with and connected well with my dad.

Service went great. They sent Scott over right away. He set a trap, gave me his work cell number incase we captured any. After 2 nights he captured the 2 adult raccoons, then had nothing until Friday night, 2 baby raccoons came out, though he was at his daughters concert he came out after and got the 2 babies. Late Sunday night the other 3 babies came out and first thing Monday morning he came and captured them. Scott was very friendly and professional. I appreciate all the work and the late night to make sure he had gotten the raccoons out of our attic.

It went very well. My biggest complaint was that my windows all need to be cleaned from spray. Also, accessing the side of the house, knocked almost all my roses off the bush :( I understand that they have to get behind the bushes --- but I don't think any attention was paid to hurting my flowers.

The worker told me ways to decrease the likelihood of attracting other unwanted pests. They will be returning quarterly to spray and check the bait stations. I decided to go with this company because of their practice, which are pet friendly. They really are interested in the safety of everyone in the household (at least the ones that are supposed to be there).

What they did worked and within a week we don't see it anymore and I would give them two thumbs up. I thought they were good. We signed for the annual contract with them.
