Everything went great! The estimate was very close to the actual time needed. The movers were there when they said they would be. Brandan and Jimmy were professional, courteous and handled all of my stuff very carefully. They seem to enjoy what they do, they worked very well together and they both have a great sense of humor which put everyone at ease. I would very highly recommend them!

Super friendly movers, showed up on time, moved quickly, efficiently and safely. I would highly recommend and appreciate their hard work!

The estimate was great, and the crew was nice but that is it. Somethings were packed appropriately, but others were just dumped in boxes as if they were emptying the trash. Many of the boxes were not labeled which has made unpacking a nightmare. Boxes were placed in the wrong locations, even the ones that were labeled. And the estimate was 50% of the actual cost. Not to mention a damaged wall. I have mixed emotions about writing this as some of the crew were very nice and good at their jobs, but some of the crew didn't know what they were doing and obviously couldn't care less about my family's things. If you value your property, don't hire them to pack. If you value your time and money, don't hire them to move you.

The move was perfect. The workers were kind to our things, thoughtful to our needs, pleasant and quick. They even gave us a plant to celebrate our move.

Cliff, Demitrius, and Tom were professional, courteous, and very carefully moved a heavy piece of furniture down a flight of stairs at a reasonable price. We had gotten other prices which were much higher.

My husband was the one overseeing the loading/unloading and transportation. From his account, everything went smoothly. The estimate and final cost were spot on. I believe the final cost would have been slightly more had we not moved most of our boxes and furniture moved into the garage. In the end, hiring You Move Me was well worth the cost. We still had to make another trip from Appleton to Waukesha, but that was because we didn't have everything packed up when You Move Me arrived. Overall, the guys were efficient and pleasant. I will definitely use You Move Me the next time I move.

They arrived on time. The 2 men were nice and hard workers, but not everything fit on the truck. It is probably partially my fault for not giving them an accurate enough list of all of out things, but I had never hired a mover before and didn't realize I had to give them an exact inventory. I feel things should have been explained to me better and better yet, I think someone shoule have come to our house to look things over ahead of time. After taking over 12 hours @ 110.00 per hour, they said they were finished. When I asked about the rest of our items, the 2 men called a manager to see what to do. The manager said it was my fault for giving them an inaccurate inventory list. Then the manager told me I would have to hire them again to get the rest of the things. The manager gave me a 10% discount, but to me, that wasn't enough. We moved on May 13 and the following day my husband had surgery, so this was all I needed. After 6 additional trips to our old home, we finally got all of our things to our new home. We use to live about an hour away, so that meant 2 hours travel time x 6 trips= 12 hours of our time after paying a lot of money.

They were very efficient - clearly invested in getting the job done well, but quickly. Dan didn't want to waste any of the time I was paying for, since they charge by the hour. He called to let me know when they were on their way, and they arrived at the expected time. They were polite and professional, easy to work with. They were also responsive to my few questions and requests. None of my belongings were broken or misplaced; everything ended up in good shape, and was placed where I wanted it. Their website said that they would bring you coffee, and "Your first housewarming gift to make you feel more at home in your new place." They didn't do that. I didn't really care, and didn't even think about it until after the fact. I don't feel this reflects on my overall move experience at all - the only reason I even mention it is because it is kind of an extra touch that their website promises, that didn't happen. Overall, I was definitely happy with the service, I thought the two guys - Dan and Dimitrious (I might be spelling that wrong) - were great, and I would hire this company again. This was also my first time hiring movers, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They made it easy; this was probably the least stressful step in this whole moving process.

YOU MOVE ME did an exceptional job moving me and my personal belongings. The team took extra care with the delicate items, delivered quickly, and even set up items like bedroom furniture upon arrival. From the first call to schedule and get a quote until the moving day I couldn't have been more impressed. They took away that added stress of moving - I will be sure to use them again in the future. This team will be my first recommendation to friends and family when they are in need of an experienced moving team.

The whole experience went well, starting with Jim (manager?) to the two movers, Phil and Drew. Phil and Drew took their time and wrapped every item to insure nothing would be damaged. They were very personable, professional, and completed the move as well and I had hoped for. Will recommend this company to all my friends.

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANy -came 2 hours late -did not have big enough truck ( we had to move the rest ourselves the next day) -had 3 men (2 never moved before) 1 was overweight and rested 1/2 the time -our move 1 year ago took 4 hrs total, this took 10 hours - manager did not call me back for 10 days, then he thought that nothing was unusual,not receptive -asked for a receipt-took another 3 days -we moved the boxes prior to moving day, they only had our furniture to move with no appliances, the length of time it took was unacceptable, customer service from management very unacceptable

I had not heard of this company and called them from a general list provided on the internet. The gentleman I first spoke with took a lot of time and was very gracious in explaining his company's services. I was impressed enough to entrust them with the job and was not in any way disappointed. (Turns out they are new at moving people but are the same owners as "You Got Junk?" company - see Angie's List for many excellent reviews of that operation) This transaction took place months prior to the move date and as the time drew closer, they called me more than once to confirm and ask if I had any concerns. They arrived within the appointed 2 hr range and in fact called me prior to say they would be a little later than the first stated time due to circumstances. They were professional, efficient, caring and careful and followed up with a call after the fact to see that all was done to my satisfaction. I found I had to call them a little later because one small box was missing. They acknowledged that it had been found under some blankets and the manager himself delivered it across town to my new place the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for moving services.
