The gentleman that replaced my torsion spring was very polite and respectful. He gave me a 2 hour window when he would be able to be here. Then, he followed up with a on my way courtesy call. He arrived exactly on time. He also informed me that the rollers on the door will need to be replaced soon. I appreciated him inspecting my entire garage door system. Knowing the rollers on the door will need replacing allows me to budget for this expense. I can also keep an eye on the rollers and have them replaced before they no longer work and put my garage door out of commission. He was very professional, replaced my rollers, remounted my sensors that weren t aligned properly, charged my frequency so my garage door wouldn t open, and replaced two remotes.
