My garage door rollers failed causing my non insulated garage door to tilt and come off track Wednesday night. This also bent one of the railings and it was stuck half-way down. I called a few places the next day and one came out from the town I live in. They looked at the situation and told me it needed to be replaced. They proceeded to recommend a upper level insulated garage door with all new parts and they could kindly do this for a comfortable $1400 ($200) discount. After they left I searched H.A. and found outstanding reviews about Just Pro Garage Doors and Ramon. I pushed the quote button on my computer and 30 seconds later Ramon called me and stated he could be at my house in 20 minutes, which he was. He was friendly, confident and professional. He looked at the situation made a few comments and said okay, I can REPAIR this. I asked when could he do the work and he said, "right now" it will take me about 40 minutes. I then asked what his price was and he quoted me more than $1000 less than my earlier visitor! Deal !! He finished in about 30 minutes and knocked off $60 because he did not have to replace the railing. He then advised for me to change the remainder of my door rollers (better quality) for $100 (of course I had him do this). He was done in 15 minutes, and reconnected my garage door opener, put a box back and cleaned up. I paid him in cash, got a receipt with warranty information. I will keep Pro Garage Doors at the top of my list. They are prompt, fast and provide great service. Ramon seem to definitely look out for the customer!

Did labour same day as call. Showed me everything he did put in writing the misc warranties. Noticed that something was amiss in original installation and not only repaired it but went the extra effort to secure, stabilize and renew it so it is now like new again. Much praise...

Other than the great quality of service Just Pro Garage Doors offer, I love that they provide you with free estimates. Other companies charge you a ridiculous fee just to look at your garage.
